重庆A人力资源管理有限公司人才派遣业务现状分析及对策建议

【摘要】:改革开放以来,随着我国经济社会的发展,尤其是在不断融入国际社会的过程中,很多单位逐渐引进并开始了一种新型的用工模式——人才派遣。人才派遣是一种新的人力资源市场化配置方式,其雇佣和使用分离的优越性,得到了用工单位的欢迎,在国内取得了极大的发展。但是在高速发展的同时,也产生了很多问题。本文旨在结合国内外人才派遣的现状和重庆市人才派遣的实际,以重庆A人力资源管理有限公司为例,认真分析其业务现状,并结合其实际提出相应的对策建议。本文的主要内容为:第一部分:绪论,包括研究背景、研究目的和意义、主要研究内容、技术路线等;第二部分:人才派遣概述和理论综述,本部分主要是对人才派遣概念进行界定,对人力资源相关概念和理论进行了综述;第三部分:国内外人才派遣发展状况,本部分主要对国内外人才派遣的发展状况进行了概括总结;第四部分:重庆A人力资源管理有限公司派遣业务分析,本部分主要介绍了A人力资源管理有限公司及其业务现状,通过SWOT模型对业务现状进行了分析,重点对A人力资源管理有限公司劣势的原因进行了分析;第五部分:A人力资源管理有限公司人才派遣业务健康发展的建议,本部分分别从加快推进事企分开、建立一支高素质专业人才队伍、加强内部管理团队建设、积极开拓发展新业务、积极开拓外地市场等方面提出相关建议;第六部分:研究结论与展望,本部分对人才派遣的研究进行归纳,指出本文的创新方面和不足之处,对未来的努力方向进行了展望。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, with the development of China's economy and society, especially in the process of continuous integration into the international community, many units have gradually introduced and started a new type of employment mode-talent dispatch. Talent dispatch is a new way of human resource market allocation. Its superiority of separating employment from use has been welcomed by employing units and has made great progress in China. But in the rapid development, but also produced a lot of problems. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the present business situation of Chongqing A Human Resources Management Co., Ltd., combining the present situation of talent dispatch at home and abroad and the reality of talent dispatch in Chongqing, and to put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. The main contents of this paper are as follows: the first part: introduction, including the research background, research purpose and significance, main research content, technical route and so on; The second part: talent dispatch overview and theoretical review, this part is mainly to define the concept of talent dispatch, human resources related concepts and theories are summarized; The third part: the domestic and foreign talent dispatch development situation, this part mainly has carried on the summary to the domestic and foreign talented person dispatch development situation; The fourth part: the dispatch business analysis of Chongqing A Human Resources Management Co., Ltd., this part mainly introduces A Human Resources Management Co., Ltd. and its business status, through the SWOT model to analyze the business situation. Focus on A Human Resources Management Co., Ltd. inferiority analysis of the reasons; The fifth part: the suggestion of the healthy development of the human resource management limited company's talent dispatch business, this part separately from the speeding up the matter enterprise separation, establishes a high quality specialized talented person troop, strengthens the internal management team construction, Actively develop new business, actively develop foreign markets and other aspects of the relevant suggestions; The sixth part: research conclusions and prospects, this part summarizes the research of talent dispatch, points out the innovation and shortcomings of this paper, and looks forward to the future direction of efforts.
