新型城镇化视阈下农民工收入变迁的实证分析及对策研究

【摘要】：基于2013年国家卫计委"中国流动人口动态监测"数据,结合以往研究,对2003—2013年间农民工就业状况和收入影响因素进行纵向对比研究,结果表明,2003—2013年农民工小时工资翻了两番以上。通过回归分析发现,受教育水平的提升、工作年数的增加、行业工资水平、流入地发展水平、单位性质等因素对农民工收入水平的变迁有一定的影响。在此基础上,还应尽快出台一些有利于提高农民工收入水平和城市融入能力的政策,从根本上保障农民工的合法权益,加快中国城镇化进程,提高城镇化质量,尽快实现"2020年城乡居民收入翻一番"的战略目标。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of "dynamic Monitoring of China's floating population" by the State Health and Planning Commission in 2013 and combined with previous studies, a longitudinal comparative study on the employment status and income factors of migrant workers in 2003-2013 was carried out. The results show that: The hourly wages of migrant workers more than quadrupled in 2003-2013. Through regression analysis, it is found that the improvement of education level, the increase of the number of working years, the level of industry wages, the level of inflow development, the unit nature and other factors have a certain impact on the change of migrant workers' income level. On this basis, we should also introduce as soon as possible some policies conducive to improving the income level of migrant workers and their ability to integrate into cities, fundamentally protect the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers, speed up the process of urbanization in China, and improve the quality of urbanization. Achieve as soon as possible the strategic goal of doubling the income of urban and rural residents by 2020.
