食品企业和消费者信息不对称问题的研究

【摘要】:为了解食品企业和消费者信息不对称的现状,本文采用实地问卷调查法对全国511家企业的员工和10000余名消费者进行食品认知调查,利用SPSS20.0软件对调查数据进行处理。结果表明,企业和消费者对食品安全法、食物过敏原、转基因食品三个问题的了解程度存在差异。并提出完善企业信息披露、提高消费者食品安全意识、建立社会监管网络信息系统等对策,来应对食品企业和消费者信息不对称的问题。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the present situation of asymmetric information between food enterprises and consumers, this paper makes a survey of food cognition among employees and more than 10000 consumers in 511 enterprises in China, and processes the survey data with SPSS20.0 software. The results show that there are differences in the understanding of food safety laws, food allergens and genetically modified foods between enterprises and consumers. In order to deal with the problem of asymmetric information between food enterprises and consumers, some countermeasures are put forward, such as perfecting enterprise information disclosure, improving consumers' awareness of food safety, establishing social supervision network information system and so on.
