全球劳动治理:一个新兴视角的潜力与局限

【摘要】:本文考察了最近出现的"全球劳动治理"这一概念的意义及其政策相关性。全球劳动治理在政策领域的影响力日增,但也由于政治和理论等原因而受到批评。虽然如此,本文认为劳动研究应从理论上和实证上与全球劳动治理这一议题和视角建立联系。这不仅是因为其政治重要性日益凸显,同时还在于它引起了人们对尚缺乏完善研究的"多层"动力学、"网络"和"自反性"等话题的关注。系统地分析各种治理方案是必要的。传统的劳动社会学和劳资关系研究详细阐述了非正规性、行业差异和集体行动等问题,并对"有效性"这一概念提出了质疑,这些都将有助于对治理的分析和研究。
[Abstract]:This paper examines the significance of the concept of "global labor governance" and its policy relevance. Global labor governance is increasingly influential in policy, but has also been criticized for political and theoretical reasons. Nevertheless, this paper holds that labor research should be related to the topic and perspective of global labor governance theoretically and empirically. This is not only because its political importance is becoming more and more prominent, but also because it has attracted people's attention to the topics of "multi-layer" dynamics, "network" and "reflexivity", which are still lack of perfect research. It is necessary to systematically analyze various governance schemes. The traditional studies of labor sociology and labor relations elaborate on informality, industry differences and collective action, and question the concept of "effectiveness", which will be helpful to the analysis and study of governance.
