秘鲁餐厅设施位置问题

本论文的主要研究问题是:当考虑定量和定性因素时,La Saltenita Boliviana配送中心的最佳位置是什么?目的是调查当前位置是否最佳,如果不是,那么什么是更好的位置。为此,还需要确定位置决策背后的相关因素。本论文是案例研究与行动导向研究的结合。它结合了定性和定量两种方法。在第一阶段,为随后的经验阶段创建了理论背景。它是通过使用科学文献作为原始资料来完成的。其目的是涵盖案件公司情况下仓储和地点决策的最重要主题。实证部分从LaSaltenitaBoliviana当前供应链的描述开始。然后,通过访谈和观察确定当前配送中心位置的挑战。货物及其目的地的定量数据用于重心计算。重心的实际位置为搜索候选服务提供商和确定相关因素创建了基础。考虑的因素是文化和后勤。之后,评估了服务提供商的能力。价格也被考虑在内。然后将结果与AHP方法结合。重心分析的结果是秘鲁的一个重点。经过仔细审查后,在距离重心合理距离内有三个可能的新服务提供商。
