【摘要】：工业遗产是工业发展进程中人类社会文明的产物,它记录了城市的发展轨迹,体现了不同时期的建筑形式和艺术特征,如何保护和利用这些建筑遗存成为当前城市更新改造的重要问题。国外关于工业遗产研究始于20世纪英国,经过初步探索和实践阶段,对于工业遗产的保护利用已有丰富经验。目前我国对工业遗产的研究多集中于理论阶段,在实践方面也出现一批成功案例。本论文以九台为例,在对工业遗产相关理论进行系统总结的基础上,首先介绍了九台工业建筑发展历程,阐明其保存现状和特征。通过工业遗产价值评估体系,对九台工业建筑遗产进行价值分析,提出九台工业遗产保护利用存在问题。同时通过国内外案例分析,结合九台实际情况,总结出适合九台工业遗产保护的原则和再利用模式,最后以沿河街历史街区保护利用为例进行实践分析研究。具体概况如下:第一章阐述工业遗产研究背景,介绍工业遗产相关概念及国内外动态,明确论文的研究内容、目的、方法和意义。第二章详细介绍九台工业历史发展脉络与工业遗产现状。重点调研九台市工业遗产的数量、分布、现状、类型和特征等内容,通过表格、图片等方式进行对比分析和总结,提出九台工业遗产保护存在的问题。第三章通过价值评价体系对九台工业遗产建筑进行价值分析,并分等级保护,建立九台工业遗产保护原则,通过国内外成功的保护实例,提出正确的理论体系与指导思想。第四章明确九台工业遗产的功能定位,工业遗产保护的开发模式,提出适合九台工业遗产保护利用的策略。第五章以沿河街历史街区保护利用为例,进行实践分析研究。
[Abstract]:Industrial heritage is a product of human civilization in the industrial development process, it records the development of the city, reflects the architectural form and artistic characteristics in different period, how to protect and utilize these buildings has become an important issue in the renewal of the city.
