【摘要】：随着时代的进步和经济的飞速发展,建筑领域也在不断的进步,在建筑机电工程中安装施工管理存在着许多问题建筑机电工程安装施工管理人员需要掌握相关工程的所有建筑技能,同时还能高效的对工程施工流程做到监督管理,从而在一定程度上才能全面提高建筑机电安装工程管理的整体水平。推动建筑机电安装工程管理的快速发展,本篇文章就建筑机电安装工程施工管理存在的问题进行了深度剖析,并且提出了一些可行性的建议。
[Abstract]:With the progress of the times and the rapid development of the economy, the construction field is also making continuous progress. There are many problems in the construction management of building electromechanical engineering installation and construction management personnel need to master all the building skills of the relevant engineering. At the same time, it can effectively supervise and manage the engineering construction process, so as to improve the overall level of the management of the building electromechanical installation project to a certain extent, and promote the rapid development of the management of the building electromechanical installation project. This paper makes a deep analysis of the problems existing in the construction management of the building electromechanical installation engineering, and puts forward some feasible suggestions.
