【摘要】：万达总包交钥匙模式属于边设计、边报审、边施工、边优化,图纸变化多且频繁,为了协调解决设计文件存在的"错、漏、碰、缺"等问题,以南宁江南万达广场现场施工管理为实例,在设计协调管控、设计深化管控、图纸收发管理等方面进行了研究,严格施工过程,保证了工程质量,缩短建设工期,降低投资成本,为类似工程提供了新思路和新模式。
[Abstract]:Wanda total turnkey mode belongs to the design, reporting, construction, optimization, drawings change more and more frequently, in order to solve the design document problems such as "wrong, leak, touch, lack" and so on. Taking the site construction management of Wanda Square in the south of the Yangtze River in Nanning as an example, this paper studies the design coordination control, design deepening control, drawing receiving and sending management and so on. The construction process is strict and the engineering quality is guaranteed. Shortening the construction period and reducing the investment cost provide new ideas and new models for similar projects.
