【摘要】:夏热冬冷地区的建筑表皮需兼顾互相矛盾的功能性要求:夏季遮阳隔热和冬季保温并利用太阳辐射热。然而建筑表皮设计与遮阳手法往往是分开考虑的,建筑设计时通常注重表皮的视觉形态,很少考虑其遮阳和节能等方面的需求,造成许多高能耗的“空调建筑”。为解决表皮冬、夏功能相悖,以及设计时“重表皮轻遮阳”,使用时“重遮阳轻表皮”这一怪状,本文主要分以下几个方面进行研究:首先,对南京地区建筑的遮阳和表皮现状进行现场调研,选取南京新街口地段、河西新城共100栋建筑,按遮阳形式、材料、可调节性和建造年代对其进行统计和分析。总结该地区建筑遮阳和表皮的存在的问题,提出将建筑外遮阳和表皮一体化的设计策略。其次,阐释建筑遮阳和表皮及其一体化的几个基本概念,主要包括建筑遮阳的作用和分类;建筑表皮的作用、发展和建造逻辑;建筑外遮阳与表皮一体化的作用、发展、历史启示;得出“遮阳优先”和“表皮优先”两条一体化设计策略。再次,分别详细阐述两条设计策略的相关要素。“遮阳优先”主要介绍了七大类遮阳方式及其构成肌理,以案例分析为主;由Ecotect日轨图分析出各朝向适用的遮阳形式。“表皮优先”主要论述了自然、人文、经济等广义要素和场地、功能、体量、结构等狭义要素的影响。最后,结合“南京林业大学图书馆”项目实例,以公式计算和软件模拟来定量分析外遮阳和表皮一体化设计的相关因素。
[Abstract]:The architectural epidermis in hot summer and cold winter area should take into account the contradictory functional requirements: heat insulation in summer and heat preservation in winter and the use of solar radiation heat. However, the design of building epidermis and shading techniques are often considered separately. Architectural design usually pays attention to the visual form of epidermis, rarely considering the demand of sunshade and energy saving, which results in many "air conditioning buildings" with high energy consumption. In order to solve the function of epidermis in winter, summer functions contradict each other. As well as the design of "heavy epidermis light shade", the use of "heavy sunshade light epidermis" this article mainly divided into the following aspects: first. Based on the field investigation of sunshade and epidermis of buildings in Nanjing area, 100 buildings in Hexi New City were selected in this paper, according to the form of shading and materials. Statistics and analysis of the adjustability and construction age are carried out. The existing problems of building shading and epidermis in this area are summarized, and the design strategy of integrating building exterior shade and epidermis is put forward. Secondly. Explains several basic concepts of architectural sunshade and epidermis and their integration, mainly including the function and classification of architectural sunshade; The function, development and construction logic of building skin; The function, development and historical enlightenment of the integration of exterior shading and epidermis; Get the "sunshade first" and "epidermal priority" two integrated design strategy. "Sun-shading priority" mainly introduces seven types of shading methods and their composition texture, mainly case analysis; The suitable shading forms are analyzed by Ecotect's daily track chart. "epidermis priority" mainly discusses the broad elements such as nature, humanities, economy and so on, as well as the site, function and volume. Finally, with the example of "Library of Nanjing Forestry University", quantitative analysis of the factors related to the integrated design of external shade and epidermis is made by formula calculation and software simulation.
