【摘要】:近几年,在政府加大基建投资,推进城镇化建设等多种政策叠加效应的作用拉动下,挖掘机销量再创新高,刷新着历史记录。挖掘机的市场如火如荼,挖掘机消费需求的增长,带动了挖掘机产量的增长,同时也促进了挖掘机市场的快速化、专业化的发展。然而,工程机械单价昂贵,所以目前的销售方式多为分期付款,有些公司还推出挖掘机租赁业务,由此便带来了一系列的付款以及挖掘机管理的问题。例如,租赁者不按时归还,购买者不及时付款,挖掘机的售后维修工作困难等。因此将传统的工程机械与电子化设备相结合是工程制造业的发展趋势。本文以小型液压挖掘机为研究对象,设计了一套远程监控系统,主要包括以下内容:采集前端通过主控MCU采集挖掘机的工作状态参数,比如发动机温度,油位,液压油油压及工作时间等参数;使用GPS定位模块获取挖掘机的地理位置信息;采用GPRS模块将采集到的数据上传到远程服务器和手机端便于即时监控以及售后管理。论文对GPS模块,GPRS模块进行了电路以及程序设计,对挖掘机工作参数采集模块进行了传感器的选择。监控中心通过远程服务器对挖掘机的工作状态参数以及地理位置信息进行实时显示。远程服务器软件通过Visual Studio 2008作为开发工具,对基于TCP/IP协议的Socket接口进行编程得以实现。采集前端通过GPRS模块将数据传输到远程服务器并通过上位机可以实时显示。当挖掘机的工作状态参数发生骤变或超过正常工作状态时,监控端的工作人员发现后可以发送短信通知前端的工作人员或者机主以报警提示,确保公司售后可以对挖掘机进行及时的检修和维护。也可以通过手机向采集前端GPRS模块发送相关指令短信,在需要时对挖掘机的工作状态进行监控,获取挖掘机的最新信息。
[Abstract]:In recent years, in the government to increase investment in infrastructure, promote urbanization and other policies of the role of superimposed effects, excavator sales hit a new high, a new record. The excavator market is in full swing. The growth of excavator consumption demand has led to the increase of excavator output, and has also promoted the rapid development of excavator market and specialized development. However, the unit price of construction machinery is expensive. So most of the current sales are installment payments, and some companies have also launched excavator rental businesses, which has led to a series of payments and excavator management problems. For example, the renters do not return them on time. Buyers do not pay in time, and the after-sales maintenance of excavators is difficult. Therefore, combining traditional construction machinery with electronic equipment is the development trend of engineering manufacturing. This paper takes small hydraulic excavators as the research object. A remote monitoring system is designed, which includes the following contents: the working state parameters such as engine temperature, oil level, hydraulic oil pressure and working time are collected from the front end of the acquisition front end by the main control MCU, such as engine temperature, oil level, hydraulic oil pressure and working time. The location information of excavator is obtained by GPS positioning module. The GPRS module is used to upload the collected data to the remote server and mobile phone for instant monitoring and after-sale management. The paper designs the circuit and program of the GPS module. The working parameters of the excavator are displayed by the remote server. The remote server software is used to display the working state parameters and geographical location information of the excavator in real time. The remote server software shows the working state parameters and the geographical location information of the excavator by Vi. Sual. Studio 2008 as a development tool. The Socket interface based on TCP/IP protocol can be programmed. The data can be transmitted to the remote server by the GPRS module and displayed in real time by the upper computer. When the working state parameter changes suddenly or exceeds the normal working state. The staff at the monitoring end can send short messages to the front-end staff or the owner to alert them. To ensure that the company can timely repair and maintenance of the excavator after sale. Also can send a short message to the acquisition front-end GPRS module through mobile phone, and monitor the working status of the excavator when needed. Get the latest information about the excavator.
