【摘要】:在我国土地资源极为紧张的情况下,城市土地利用的效率却还很低,单位用地的利用率水平依然低于国际平均水平。以往的高校校园建设普遍采用粗放式的土地利用模式和较低密度的开发建设模式,既浪费了珍贵的土地资源也不利于学校的管理使用和未来的持续发展。考虑到我国高等教育的发展建设对土地资源的持续需求,紧凑集约的校园将是未来更多高校校园建设的选择。然而,集约化问题并不是简单地越集约越好,必须兼顾空间质量问题。笔者认为,集约化校园设计问题的关键在于如何在实现高密度校园环境的同时又能保证较好的空间质量,而不同的校园空间形态在实现不同集约化程度的同时也带来不同的空间品质,因此,本论文通过采用定性与定量相结合的研究方法,对校园空间形态与室内、外空间品质的相互关系开展深入的量化分析与讨论,探索与特定气候条件相适应,能够更加合理的提高高校校园集约化程度的设计方法。本文以集约化校园的空间形态、集约化程度与空间品质之间的关联性关系作为研究对象,主要在以下三个方面展开研究,并得出初步结论:1.在研究集约化校园案例与构建研究理论的基础上,首先对集约化校园空间形态与空间品质的相互关系进行实证研究。选取有代表性的设计实践案例进行建成环境使用后评价调查,基于相关领域专家的意见征询与问卷反馈统计,初步构建了关于高密度校园环境质量的主观评价指标体系与方法,对调查问卷进行数理统计分析,从使用者需求角度出发探寻对集约化校园空间品质有重要影响的设计因素。2.不同的群体布局与单体体量变化会带来不同的集约化程度,也会导致不同的校园空间形态特点,进而决定了室内空间品质的高低。借鉴荷兰鲁迪教授的研究方法,通过建立数学模型与绘制数据图表的方法进行多种指标的动态模拟分析,量化比较研究不同的群体布局模式与单体体量组合模式对校园室内空间品质的不同影响。研究中设定某些指标为定量,某些指标为变量,来探寻目标变量的变化趋势,使不同空间形态类型对室内空间品质的不同影响可以相互比较,同时论文结合教育建筑对光环境的特殊要求,对“立面系数”指标进行改进,提出用“外部接触系数”指标来简化模拟教育建筑室内空间品质的方法,进行单体体量变化的比较研究。3对集约化校园室外环境质量的研究离不开特定的气候条件。研究中借鉴英国剑桥大学科恩教授提出的“城市多样性地图”的研究方法,对校园空间形态与室外空间品质的相互关系进行量化研究,选取有代表性的集约化校园案例,量化模拟校园室外环境多种因素影响下的微气候条件,并进一步提出将校园功能布局图与城市多样性地图进行叠加,找出其中微环境条件最不利且人流量大的区域,通过对空间形态的调整改善微环境条件,经过多次模拟比较,直至实现特定气候条件和特定密度条件的校园空间形态的优化。
[Abstract]:Land resources in our country is extremely tense situation, the city land use efficiency is low, the unit rate is still lower than the international average level of land use. The construction of university campus in widely used mode and low density development mode of extensive land use, management and use of waste precious the land resources is not conducive to the school and future sustainable development. Considering the development of China's higher education continued demand for land resources, compact campus campus construction will be more choice in the future. However, intensive issue is not simply the more intensive the better, must take into account the space quality problems. The author think of the key problem is how to design the campus intensive and can guarantee the better quality of the space in high density campus environment, and different campus space form in realizing With the intensification of space but also bring different quality, therefore, the combination of research methods through the qualitative and quantitative, on campus space and indoor space quality, the relationship between foreign to carry out quantitative analysis and discussed deeply, explore and adapt to specific climatic conditions, it is more reasonable to improve the university campus the degree of intensive design method. Based on the spatial form of intensive campus, set the relationship between reduced degree and quality of space as the research object, mainly in the following three aspects to study, and draw preliminary conclusions: 1. based on the study of intensive case study and construction of campus theory, empirical research the relationship between the first intensive campus space form and space quality. On the basis of the research method proposed by Professor Cohen of University of Cambridge in Britain's" city diversity map "research, quantitative research on the relationship between campus space and outdoor space quality, intensive selection the campus representative cases, micro climate conditions influence the campus environment under multi factor quantitative simulation, and further proposes the campus functions cloth Bureau of city map and diversity map overlay, find out the most unfavorable micro environmental conditions and high traffic areas, improve micro environmental conditions through the space form of the adjustment, after repeated simulation, optimization until the realization of specific climatic conditions and specific density conditions of the campus space form.
