基于Fe(C)膜和Bragg光栅的光纤锈蚀传感研究

【摘要】:钢材的锈蚀是导致混凝土工程结构过早破坏的重要原因,结构的安全服役依赖于对钢材锈蚀状态的有效监测。光纤传感具有抗电磁干扰、灵敏度高、信号稳定等优点,近年来广泛应用于结构健康监测。光纤光栅作为光纤传感的重要组成,是利用其对应力、温度等的响应,通过对波长解调的一种监测技术。本文研究了一种基于Fe(C)膜和Bragg光栅的光纤锈蚀传感技术。该传感利用了Fe(C)膜的锈蚀敏感特性和Bragg光栅对应变或折射率的响应性能,实现对Fe(C)材料锈蚀状态的一种无损、实施和高效的监测。基于对Fe(C)膜和Bragg光栅的充分研究(第二章),得出电镀Fe(C)膜光栅(第三章)、磁控溅射Fe(C)膜光栅(第四章)和溅射Fe(C)膜刻蚀光栅(第五章)三种锈蚀传感方案。本文主要研究工作如下:(1)在已提出的基于电镀法制备Fe(C)膜和Bragg光栅锈蚀传感的研究基础上,深入研究电镀Fe(C)膜工艺,优化电镀参数提高成膜质量。进一步研究敏感膜光栅结构参数和锈蚀环境对传感特性的影响。对光纤传感和电化学监测进行比较,分析光纤传感的特点和优点。最后对模拟混凝土孔溶液环境进行锈蚀监测,研究混凝土环境中锈蚀特性。(第三章)(2)研究了磁控法制备Fe(C)磁性材料薄膜,并对薄膜进行测试分析。比较分析溅射和电镀成膜的质量,并对基于该两种制备方法敏感膜光栅锈蚀传感进行比较。最后,重点研究了磁控溅射Fe(C)膜光栅的耐蚀性、重复性和灵敏度等传感特性。(第四章)(3)提出了一种新型的基于Fe(C)膜和刻蚀Bragg光栅的折射率型锈蚀传感方法。(第五章)
[Abstract]:Steel corrosion is an important cause of premature failure of concrete structures, the structural safety service depends on the effective monitoring of steel corrosion state. Optical fiber sensor with anti electromagnetic interference, high sensitivity, stable signal advantages, is widely used in structural health monitoring. As an important component of optical fiber grating sensor, using the the stress response, temperature and so on, through a monitoring technology on wavelength demodulation. This paper studies a Fe based (C) optical fiber sensing technology of corrosion film and Bragg grating. The sensor using Fe (C) film corrosion sensitive properties and Bragg grating strain or refractive index response performance, achieve the Fe (C) is a non-destructive material corrosion status, implementation and efficient monitoring. Based on the Fe (C) of membrane and Bragg grating (chapter second), the Fe (C) electroplating film grating (Chapter third), Fe (C) magnetron sputtering film The gate (the fourth chapter) and Fe (C) sputtering film etching grating (Chapter fifth) three kinds of corrosion sensor scheme. The main research work are as follows: (1) in this paper based on the plating preparation of Fe (C) based on Bragg grating film and corrosion sensor on the in-depth study of electroplating Fe (C) film process optimization of electroplating parameters to improve the film quality. Further research on sensitive film grating structure parameters and corrosion effect on the sensing performance. Comparison of optical fiber sensing and electrochemical monitoring, analysis of characteristics and advantages of optical fiber sensor. The corrosion monitoring of environment simulated concrete pore solution, corrosion properties of concrete in the environment (Chapter third.) (2) was investigated by the preparation of Fe (C) thin film magnetic material, and the films were tested and analyzed. A comparative analysis on the quality of sputtering and plating film, and the two kinds of preparation methods of light sensitive film based on grid corrosion sensor were compared. Finally, The sensing characteristics of magnetron sputtering Fe (C) film gratings such as corrosion resistance, repeatability and sensitivity are mainly studied. (fourth chapter) (3) a new refractive index corrosion sensing method based on Fe (C) film and etching Bragg grating is proposed. (fifth chapter)
