基于居家养老模式下的既有住区适老景观环境改造探究

【摘要】：居家养老模式是中国传统且重要的养老模式之一。由于我国实际国情等原因,养老方式难以完全依靠养老院或纯粹的老龄社区实现,更多的、更现实的是采用在住区中居家养老的模式。然而,我国目前住区景观环境现状令人堪忧,不仅存在住区入口空间不易交往、辨识,广场空间不足、单调等一系列问题,而且存在道路空间被抢占、交通流线不便捷,景观及绿化小品单一、破损等问题。这些问题的产生主要是由于住区设计建造时未能充分考虑住区日后的使用主体——老年群体的需求,以及缺少相关政策法规和设计导则对其进行有效的指导。本论文以老年群体为研究对象,从老年人的生理、心理、行为和社会特征出发,探寻出更加适合老年人的住区景观环境。论文主要采用理论研究和社会调研相结合的研究方法,理论研究主要从交叉学科的角度出发分析老龄群体的特殊行为需求,社会调研则重点选取合肥市四个设计建造于不同时期的具有典型代表性的住区,运用观察法、问卷调查法等方法对住区景观空间环境进行实地调研和问卷调查,以归纳出其共同存在的景观环境问题。在此基础上,归纳总结出既有住区景观环境适老改造的理念,并提出适合我国国情的适老景观环境更新策略。本论文对老龄群体的特殊行为需求进行了较全面的理论分析和实地调研,收集的数据资料真实可靠,并且较系统的提出了适老景观环境改造的理念和更新策略,以期为日后住区景观环境适老改造设计导则的编撰提供参考；同时为将来营造多样化、复合型的适老住区景观更新提供一定的参考与借鉴,对适老住区景观环境活力等方面的提升起到积极的推动作用。
[Abstract]:The family pension model is one of the traditional and important old-age pension models in China. Because of the actual situation of our country, it is difficult to rely on the nursing home or the pure aged community to realize the old-age pension mode completely, more, It is more realistic to adopt the model of providing for the aged at home in residential areas. However, the present situation of landscape environment in residential areas in our country is worrisome. There are not only a series of problems, such as the difficulty of communicating with each other in residential entrance space, identification, lack of square space, monotony and so on. Moreover, there are road spaces being preempted, traffic lines are not convenient, landscape and greening sketches are single, Problems such as breakage. These problems arise mainly from the fact that the design and construction of settlements do not adequately take into account the needs of the future users of settlements-the elderly population, As well as the lack of relevant policies and regulations and design guidelines to provide effective guidance. This paper takes the elderly as the research object, starting from the physiological, psychological, behavioral and social characteristics of the elderly. This paper mainly adopts the research method of combining the theory research with the social investigation, and the theoretical research mainly analyzes the special behavior needs of the aged group from the angle of interdiscipline. The social investigation focuses on the four typical residential areas which are designed and built in different periods in Hefei. The field investigation and questionnaire survey on the residential landscape spatial environment are carried out by means of observation method and questionnaire survey method. In order to sum up its common landscape environment problems. On this basis, summed up the existing residential landscape environment suitable for the old transformation of the idea, This paper makes a comprehensive theoretical analysis and field investigation on the special behavioral needs of the elderly population, and the collected data are true and reliable. And more systematically put forward the concept and renewal strategy of landscape environment transformation, in order to provide a reference for the compilation of design guidelines for residential landscape environment adaptation design, and for the future to create a variety of, The landscape renewal of compound old residential area provides certain reference and reference, and plays a positive role in promoting landscape vitality and so on.
