基于可拓理论的智慧建筑综合评价研究

【摘要】:全球大规模的城市化使得城市数量和城市人口不断增多,很多城市承担着巨大的人口、资源、交通等压力,智慧城市为了治愈“城市病”,作为城市化发展的新模式应运而生。智慧建筑是在智慧城市发展的浪潮下,将建筑从基本的提供用户需求到预测用户需求并满足,使建筑的绿色高效理念和以人为本的原则贯穿始终。它要求建筑从规划期起就走绿色、低碳、高效和可持续发展的道路,以信息化技术为工具改变传统建筑业的粗放式设计、建造和运营模式。智慧建筑的核心技术就是建筑信息模型(Building In Modeling)。BIM技术将信息化手段直接用于建筑业,搭建统一平台使得项目各参与方能够实时了解项目现状,及时发现问题并解决,真正实现协同工作及信息共享。中央在“十二五”期间提出,建筑企业要基本实现信息化,加快建筑信息模型(BIM)、基于网络的协同工作等新技术在工程中的应用[1]。2013年又提出2016年以前由政府投资的2万平方米以上大型公共建筑以及省报绿色建筑的设计、施工必须采用BIM技术,希望政府起带头作用推进BIM技术在建筑业的应用。因此,基于BIM技术的智慧建筑评价是值得我们探讨和深入研究的重要问题。本文参阅大量国内外相关文献及报道,在对BIM技术在智慧建筑中应用的调研的基础上,运用可拓学理论对智慧建筑的综合评价问题展开研究。首先,梳理相关理论,研究BIM技术在智慧建筑的全寿命周期的作用;其次,依照智慧城市的总体框架和体系架构,搭建智慧建筑的框架和架构,根据可拓分析构建了由保障体系、基础设施、能源管理、水资源管理、环保管理和运营管理7个准则层及27个指标层所构成的智慧建筑综合评价指标体系,运用可拓学中优度评价法,通过确定经典域、节域和待评价物元,然后计算关联度,确定待评价物元的评价等级,来建立智慧建筑综合评价模型;最后,以3个基于BIM技术的智慧建筑为例进行实证分析,通过计算关联度得到3个项目的评价等级,再依据评价等级对项目进行排序并筛选出最优项目。
[Abstract]:With the large-scale urbanization of the world, the number of cities and the urban population are increasing, and many cities are under the pressure of huge population, resources, transportation, etc. In order to cure the "urban disease", the wisdom city comes into being as a new mode of urbanization development. Under the tide of the development of the intelligent city, the intelligent building changes the building from providing the basic user's demand to forecasting the user's demand and meeting the user's demand. The concept of green and efficient architecture and the principle of people-oriented run through all the time. It requires architecture to follow the road of green, low carbon, high efficiency and sustainable development from the planning period, and to change the extensive design of traditional construction industry with information technology as a tool. The core technology of intelligent building is that building in Modeling).BIM technology is directly used in the construction industry, building a unified platform to enable the project participants to understand the status of the project in real time. The central government proposed during the 12th Five-Year Plan that construction enterprises should basically realize informatization. The application of new technologies, such as building information model (BIMM) and network-based cooperative work (CSCW), in engineering has been accelerated [1]. In 2013, the design of large public buildings with more than 20,000 square meters invested by the government prior to 2016 and the green buildings of provincial newspapers were proposed. BIM technology must be used in construction, and the government is expected to take the lead in promoting the application of BIM technology in the construction industry. The evaluation of intelligent building based on BIM technology is an important issue worthy of our discussion and further study. This paper refers to a large number of relevant literature and reports at home and abroad, on the basis of the research on the application of BIM technology in intelligent architecture. Using extension theory to study the comprehensive evaluation of intelligent building. Firstly, combing the relevant theories to study the role of BIM technology in the whole life cycle of intelligent building; secondly, according to the overall framework and system structure of intelligent city, To build the framework and framework of intelligent building, according to extension analysis, to construct a system of security, infrastructure, energy management, water resources management, The comprehensive evaluation index system of intelligent building is composed of 7 criterion layers and 27 index layers of environmental protection management and operation management. By using the method of excellence evaluation in extension science, the classical domain, segment domain and matter-element to be evaluated are determined, and the correlation degree is calculated. Finally, taking three intelligent buildings based on BIM technology as an example for empirical analysis, through the calculation of the correlation degree to obtain the evaluation grade of three projects, the comprehensive evaluation model of intelligent building is established by determining the evaluation grade of matter-element to be evaluated, finally, taking three intelligent buildings based on BIM technology as an example, Then the items are sorted according to the evaluation level and the optimal items are screened out.
