氧化钠玻化改性水淬锰渣及其水硬活性研究

【摘要】:矿渣水硬活性与玻璃相含量正相关,调整玻璃相含量控制水硬活性是目前改性冶金渣的重要途径。锰渣是冶炼锰铁合金过程中高温熔融的锰铁炉渣经水淬急冷形成的一种副产品,含有少量C_2S等矿物,具有一定潜在水硬活性。尝试通过加入氧化钠(Na_2O)以提高锰渣玻璃相含量及改善[SiO_4]或[AlO_6]结构单元聚集形式,从而达到提高锰渣活性的目的,同时深入分析了Na_2O用量、煅烧温度、保温时间等因素对锰渣活性指数的影响机制。研究发现,Na_2O掺量为10%左右,煅烧温度为1 400℃左右,保温1 h,改性水淬锰渣的玻璃相含量达到98.5%,改性锰渣微粉28 d活性指数高达88.9%,比改性之前的锰渣活性提高了23.7%。红外分析结果证实,改性后的锰渣中主要以[SiO_4]四面体和[AlO_6]八面体存在,有助于其后期活性的发挥。
[Abstract]:The hydration activity of slag is positively correlated with the content of glass phase. Adjusting the content of glass phase to control the water hardening activity is an important way to modify the metallurgical slag. Manganese slag is a by-product of ferromanganese slag melting at high temperature in the process of smelting ferromanganese alloy. It contains a small amount of C _ 2S and other minerals. This paper attempts to increase the content of glass phase of manganese slag and the aggregation form of [SiO_4] or [AlO_6] structure units by adding sodium oxide and Na2O. in order to achieve the purpose of improving the activity of manganese slag, the amount of Na_2O and calcination temperature are also analyzed. The influence mechanism of heat preservation time on the activity index of manganese slag was studied.
