陕西省绿色建材评价体系研究

【摘要】：21世纪,我国的经济处于快速发展的阶段,国家重点工程的大量建设、农村城市化的建设改革、交通设施的迅速发展,为建材行业提供了前所未有的发展条件,为绿色建材的发展奠定了基础。本文着眼于陕西省绿色建材的发展现状,深入地分析了绿色建筑对绿色建材的要求,探讨了发展绿色建材的重大意义。论文从绿色建材的定义出发,详细描述了绿色建材的分类,简单介绍了国内外绿色建材的发展状况,并且分析我国绿色建材在发展过程中存在的问题。综合国内外绿色建材的评价体系现状,提出我国绿色建材评价体系所面临的困难以及建立绿色建材评价体系的必要性。文章针对目前绿色建材评价体系在评价过程中所面临的困难,提出了陕西省绿色建材评价应该建立在单因子评价和全生命周期评价相结合的基础上,针对绿色建材评价体系中评价指标的问题,提出了更具体的评价指标体系。该体系包括两个评价步骤,第一步为核心指标评价,第二步为综合指标评价,核心指标评价采用的是单因子评价方法,即一票否决制,综合指标评价采用的是模糊综合评价法,核心指标不满足要求则不对其进行综合指标评价,即评价终止。核心指标满足要求则继续对其进行综合指标评价。综合指标评价采用模糊综合评价法,专家确定综合指标中各个评价指标的权重,然后根据陕西省的实际发展现状制定相应的评价标准,最后利用模糊综合评价法得出绿色建材的绿色等级。建筑材料分为建筑结构材料和建筑功能材料,两者的评价侧重点不同,对建筑结构材料和建筑功能材料进行绿色评价实例分析,以商品混凝土和外墙外保温材料为例。实例分析表明采用核心指标和综合指标相结合的评价方法是可行的,具有较强的可操作性和区分度,可供相关部门制定绿色建材评价体系时借鉴和参考。
[Abstract]:In twenty-first Century, China's economy is in a stage of rapid development, a large number of national key projects, the construction of city rural reform, the rapid development of traffic facilities, provide the conditions for the development of hitherto unknown for the building materials industry, laid the foundation for the development of green building materials. This article focuses on the current situation of the development of green building materials in Shaanxi Province, deeply analysis of the requirements of green building green building materials, discusses the great significance of the development of green building materials. From the definition of green building materials, a detailed description of the classification of green building materials, introduces the development situation of domestic and foreign green building materials, and analysis of existing in the development of green building materials in China the current situation of the evaluation system. This article on the current Green building evaluation system faced difficulties in the evaluation process, we should evaluate the green building materials in Shaanxi Province Based on the single factor evaluation and life cycle assessment on the combination of the green building evaluation system evaluation index, put forward specific evaluation index system. The system includes two steps of evaluation the first step, as the core index, the second step for the evaluation of comprehensive index, the core evaluation index is single factor evaluation method, namely the vote, the comprehensive evaluation index of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the core indicators do not meet the requirements of not comprehensive index evaluation, evaluation indexes meet the requirements of the core is terminated. Continue to carry out comprehensive index evaluation of the comprehensive evaluation index. By using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the comprehensive index of experts to determine the weight of each evaluation index, and then according to the Shaanxi The actual development situation of West Province to develop appropriate evaluation criteria, finally use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to get the green level of green building materials.
