【摘要】：正由中国城市规划学会(以下简称学会)和金经昌城市规划教育基金(以下简称基金)联合主办的"2015年金经昌中国城市规划优秀论文奖"评选圆满落幕。本次评选活动由学会和基金联合邀请6家具有正式刊号并在国内城市规划研究领域内具有较强影响力和代表性的学术期刊共同参与,分别为《城市规划》、《城市规划学刊》、《国际城市规划》、《城市发展研究》、《现代城市研究》及《上海城市规划》。本次评选活动首先由以上期刊编辑部从该刊2014年度所有刊登的论文中推荐出共40篇候选论文;然后由学会和基金聘请的13位初评委员于2015年5月17日在同济大学召开初评会议,通过投票和打分相结合的方式从中推选出29篇获奖候选论文,其中20篇作为候选论文进入复评,另外9篇获提名奖;再由论文复评选委员会的82位评委对20篇获奖候选论文进行打分。最后根据58份有效选票的平均
[Abstract]:The "Jin Jingchang Award for excellent papers on Urban Planning in China on 2015" is being jointly sponsored by the China Urban Planning Society (hereinafter referred to as the Institute) and the Jinjingchang Urban Planning Education Fund (hereinafter referred to as the Fund). The selection activities are jointly invited by the Institute and the Foundation to six academic journals with official titles and strong influence and representativeness in the field of urban planning research in the country. They are "Urban Planning", "Urban Planning Journal", "International Urban Planning", "Urban Development Research", "Modern Urban Research" and "Shanghai Urban Planning" respectively. A total of 40 candidate papers were recommended in the published papers. Then 13 members of the preliminary evaluation committee hired by the Institute and the Foundation held an initial evaluation meeting at Tongji University on May 17th 2015, and selected 29 prize candidate papers from them through a combination of voting and scoring. Of these, 20 were re-evaluated as candidates, 9 were nominated, and 20 were graded by 82 judges on the paper re-selection committee. Finally, the average of 58 valid votes was obtained.
