装配整体式剪力墙结构构件吊装分析

【摘要】：预制构件的吊装是装配整体式结构施工中的重要过程。以马鞍山市银塘公租房76号楼装配整体式剪力墙结构构件吊装为背景,介绍了预制构件吊装验算的主要内容。在施工规范以及一些研究的基础上讨论了预制构件吊装施工的荷载取值、计算模型等问题。对梁、板吊装进行手算验算,对剪力墙吊装进行有限元模拟,解决了装配整体式剪力墙预制构件吊装的验算问题。
[Abstract]:The hoisting of prefabricated components is an important process in the construction of assembly integral structure. This paper introduces the main contents of the checking calculation of the hoisting of prefabricated members. Based on the construction code and some researches, this paper discusses the load value and the calculation model of the hoisting construction of the prefabricated members, and carries on the manual checking calculation for the hoisting of beams and plates. The finite element simulation of shear wall hoisting is carried out to solve the problem of assembly integral shear wall prefabricated component hoisting.
