上海城市名人酒店改建工程抗震设计

【摘要】：上海城市名人酒店(原沪西商业大厦)改建工程位于曹家渡的中心区域,改建前的上海城市名人酒店建于1994年,为一幢集酒店、商业、电影院功能于一体的高层建筑,地下2层,地上28层(含技术层)。由于原来结构的设计遵循较早的抗震规范,加上结构需要部分拆建和改建,对裙楼拆除和改建范围四周的以下柱子和剪力墙采用外包混凝土的方式进行加固。分析结果表明,加固后结构的承载力有较大程度的提高。抗震分析和现有结构的房测报告结果表明,名人酒店的改建方案是可行的。
[Abstract]:The renovation project of Shanghai City Celebrity Hotel (formerly Shanghai West Commercial Building) is located in the central area of Cao Jiadu. The Shanghai City Celebrity Hotel was built in 1994 as a high-rise building with hotel, commercial and cinema functions. 2 underground, 28 above ground (including technical layer). Since the original structure is designed according to the earlier seismic code, and the structure needs partial demolition and reconstruction, The columns and shear walls around the removal and reconstruction range of the skirt building are reinforced with concrete. The analysis results show that, The results of seismic analysis and building test report of the existing structure show that the reconstruction scheme of celebrity hotel is feasible.
