【摘要】：通过对哈尔滨某多层商业建筑的加固改造设计,最大限度地满足了建筑布局改变的要求,实现了建筑项目利益的最大化。通过分析原结构存在的缺陷,结合改建目标,从结构体系的合理性及加固的可行性出发,根据构件的受力特性,分别采用加大截面、粘贴钢板及钢筋植筋等方法进行加固。采用堆载法进行基础加固。对以后相似工程的加固设计起参考作用。

It is useful for the reinforcement design of similar engineering in the future.
