绿色建筑全寿命周期建设工程管理和评价体系研究

【摘要】:在环境污染、能源危机日渐严重的今天,人们的目光不在仅仅停留在对经济增长、生活水平提高的层面上,越来越关注环境问题、能源问题、可持续发展问题。目前,世界各国政府对于生态资源的保护、人类社会的可持续发展愈加重视,对于以破坏生态环境、资源消耗为代价的经济社会发展方式正在被制止,而建筑业是环境污染、能源消耗的重要产业之一,所以建筑业的改革和创新也就成为了人们关注的问题。近些年来,建筑业一直在寻求行业的可持续发展方式,开发新技术、引进新型设备、环保材料等,其中绿色建筑的产生给建筑业的可持续发展带来了新的机遇。目前在全世界范围内绿色建筑的数量正在逐年增长,人们正在逐渐接受并且认同绿色建筑,并且越来越多的建设单位和企业感受到绿色建筑的带来的效益,人们对绿色建筑的要求和标准也越来越严格。目前世界各国对于绿色建筑本身的能耗、设计、施工、评价标准等已经形成体系,但对于绿色建筑的建设工程管理的方法、模式及对管理水平的评价却较少涉及。绿色建筑因为有其特殊性,传统工程管理的理论已不能满足绿色建筑的管理要求,绿色建筑工程管理体系的缺失成为阻碍绿色建筑发展的一个重要因素。本文从绿色建筑的特殊性出发,阐述了绿色建筑建设工程管理策划、设计、施工、运营各个阶段的工作要点,并从环境、资源、能源、技术、经济、管理六个方面构建绿色建筑工程管理评价体系,运用层次分析法确定了各项指标的权重,最后运用实证分析对管理评价方法进行了验证,从而验证了方法的可行性,具体内容为:第一部分绪论,主要是对本文研究的背景、目的和意义等进行阐述,其次对国内外目前相关方面的研究做了概述,并对本文研究采用的思路和技术路线进行了介绍。第二部分绿色建筑全寿命周期管理理论的基础,分析了绿色建筑和绿色建筑工程管理与传统建筑各自的特点及区别,并对实施全寿命周期的管理原因进行了论述。第三部分绿色建筑全寿命周期建设工程管理研究,从绿色建筑的开发管理、设计管理、施工管理和运营管理四个阶段对工程管理的内容、流程等进行了深入的研究。第四部分绿色建筑建设工程管理评价体系的设计,本文主要从评价体系指标的选择、方法的选择、权重的确定和最终评价体系设计等方面进行评价体系的研究和确定。第五部分绿色建筑建设工程管理评价体系实证研究,本章节运用了一个绿色建筑的项目实例对建立的评价体系进行了验证。第六部分总结,包括对文章研究的主要成果、研究存在的不足以及绿色建筑建设工程管理的一些思考。
[Abstract]:In today's environment pollution and energy crisis, people's eyes are not only on the level of economic growth and improvement of living standards, but also on environmental issues, energy issues, and sustainable development issues. At present, Governments all over the world pay more and more attention to the protection of ecological resources and the sustainable development of human society. The mode of economic and social development at the cost of destroying the ecological environment and consuming resources is being stopped, while the construction industry is environmental pollution. Energy consumption is one of the important industries, so the reform and innovation of the construction industry has become a concern. In recent years, the construction industry has been looking for the sustainable development of the industry, the development of new technologies, the introduction of new equipment. The emergence of green building brings new opportunities to the sustainable development of construction industry. At present, the number of green buildings in the world is increasing year by year, and people are gradually accepting and recognizing green buildings. And more and more construction units and enterprises feel the benefits brought about by green buildings, and the requirements and standards of green buildings are becoming more and more stringent. At present, the energy consumption, design and construction of green buildings in various countries in the world are becoming more and more stringent. The evaluation standard has formed a system, but the method, mode and evaluation of the management level of the green building construction project are seldom involved, because the green building has its particularity, The theory of traditional engineering management can no longer meet the management requirements of green building. The lack of management system of green building has become an important factor hindering the development of green building. This paper expounds the main points of management planning, design, construction and operation of green building construction project, and constructs the management evaluation system of green building engineering from six aspects: environment, resources, energy, technology, economy and management. Using AHP to determine the weight of each index, finally using the empirical analysis to verify the management evaluation method, so as to verify the feasibility of the method, the specific content is: the first part of the introduction, mainly on the background of this study, The purpose and significance of this paper are described. Secondly, the related research at home and abroad is summarized, and the train of thought and technical route adopted in this paper are introduced. The second part is the foundation of the life-cycle management theory of green building. This paper analyzes on the characteristics and differences between green building and green building engineering management and traditional building, and discusses the reasons for implementing the whole life cycle management. The contents and processes of engineering management are studied in four stages of green building development management, design management, construction management and operation management. The fourth part is the design of the evaluation system of green building construction project management. This article mainly from the evaluation system index selection, the method choice, the weight determination and the final appraisal system design and so on aspect carries on the appraisal system research and the determination. This chapter uses a project example of green building to verify the evaluation system. The sixth part summarizes the main achievements of the paper, the shortcomings of the study and some thoughts on the management of green building construction project.
