徽州传统民居建筑内部空间形态更新研究

【摘要】：徽州传统民居建筑空间的发展受到政策保护、居民变迁、经济提升的影响,在快速发展的民居更新过程中呈现出诸多问题。一方面,居民生活需求与保护政策矛盾突出,居民无序改建的情况严重,使得部分传统民居历史资源严重浪费;另一方面,居民生活方式与传统民居环境矛盾突出,建筑破损、陈旧导致房间闲置现象增加,传统民居建筑空间的历史风貌正在加速消亡。如何在众多矛盾中适宜的发展,就成为徽州传统民居建筑空间更新面临的主要困境,而对于以延续历史文化价值为目的的传统民居空间更新发展研究亟待丰富。在此背景下,进行徽州传统民居建筑空间形态更新的研究,合理地从中汲取可传承的技术精华,更新需祛除的建筑糟粕,对于完善徽州传统民居内部空间的更新方法,明确传统民居的更新方向具有重要的指导意义。首先,以徽州传统民居为研究对象,进行实地调研和现场测试,从建筑学的角度分析当前徽州传统民居空间的现状特征,归纳现有民居更新发展中的问题和不足:建筑功能需求无法满足、建筑内部居住环境较差、建筑构件破损腐蚀严重。其次,从历史、社会和文化等不同角度出发,分析徽州传统民居空间形态的原型、发展过程和更新的影响因素,归纳影响其更新发展的症结所在并指出更新设计策略方向:特殊的环境孕育了徽州传统民居别具一格的空间形态,建筑功能、室内环境、建筑构件方面的使用及现状需求又迫切推动民居的更新,而在保护政策影响下的“空间形态更新”受到限制。因此,在保护政策范围内,最大程度满足居民需求、针对性的提出更新方法就成为解决问题的根本所在。最后,以徽州传统民居空间现状为基础,结合居民具体需求和保护政策要点,以最大程度满足居民需求、平衡需求与政策为目的,有针对性的从功能布局、室内环境和建筑构件方面提出空间形态的更新发展策略:空间重组与功能置换、室内通风强化与自然采光优化、构件修复与维护,并结合具体更新策略,以安徽省黟县西递村民居为例进行实践分析,论证结论明确空间形态更新方向。本文从徽州传统民居空间形态的现状入手,总结了空间形态在功能、环境、结构三方面的更新方法,确定了徽州传统民居空间更新的技术路线,期望对丰富和完善传统民居研究理论和推进地域性民居建筑的更新发展起到促进作用。
[Abstract]:The development of Huizhou traditional residential building space is protected by policy, the change of residents, the influence of economic promotion, in the rapid development of residential renewal process, there are many problems. On the one hand, the contradiction between residents' living needs and protection policy is prominent. The situation of residents' disorderly reconstruction seriously wastes the historical resources of some traditional houses. On the other hand, the contradiction between the residents' lifestyle and the environment of the traditional houses is prominent, the buildings are damaged, and the old buildings lead to an increase in the phenomenon of idle rooms. The historical features of the architectural space of the traditional folk houses are rapidly disappearing. How to develop properly in the numerous contradictions has become the main dilemma in the renovation of the architectural space of the traditional residential buildings in Huizhou. However, it is urgent to enrich the research on the space renewal and development of traditional folk houses, which is aimed at extending the historical and cultural values. Under this background, the research on the space form renewal of Huizhou traditional folk houses should be carried out so as to reasonably draw the technical essence that can be inherited from it. The renewal of architectural dregs needed to be removed is of great significance to improve the renewal method of the interior space of Huizhou traditional residence and to clarify the direction of the renewal of the traditional residence. First of all, take Huizhou traditional residence as the research object. Through field investigation and field test, this paper analyzes the present characteristics of the present Huizhou traditional residential space from the angle of architecture, and concludes the problems and shortcomings in the renewal and development of the existing residential buildings: the needs of building functions cannot be satisfied, and the living environment inside the buildings is poor. Secondly, from the different angles of history, society and culture, this paper analyzes the prototype, development process and influencing factors of the space form of Huizhou traditional residence. This paper sums up the crux of its renewal and development and points out the orientation of the renewal design strategy: the special environment gives birth to the unique space form, architectural function and indoor environment of the Huizhou traditional folk residence. The use of building components and the need for the present situation urgently promote the renewal of residential buildings, and the "space form renewal" under the influence of conservation policies is restricted. Therefore, within the scope of protection policies, the needs of residents are met to the greatest extent. Finally, based on the present situation of Huizhou traditional residential space, combined with the specific needs of residents and the key points of protection policy, to meet the needs of residents to the greatest extent, For the purpose of balancing demand and policy, this paper puts forward the renewal and development strategy of space form from the aspects of functional layout, indoor environment and building components: space reorganization and function replacement, indoor ventilation enhancement and natural lighting optimization. Component repair and maintenance, combined with specific renewal strategy, taking the Xihuo village residence in Yixian County, Anhui Province as an example, is analyzed, and the conclusion is clear about the direction of spatial form renewal. This paper starts with the present situation of the spatial form of the traditional residential building in Huizhou, Anhui Province. This paper summarizes the renewal methods of spatial form in three aspects: function, environment and structure, and determines the technical route of spatial renewal of Huizhou traditional residence. It is expected to enrich and perfect the research theory of traditional residential buildings and promote the renewal and development of regional residential buildings.
