寒冷地区坡地建筑布局设计研究

【摘要】:在社会发展迅猛的二十一世纪,绿色建筑思想和建筑技术不断革新使得建筑的形式不断的丰富与发展,其与自然的契合度也越来越高。在这样的时代背景下,坡地建筑以自然的亲近性、地域的特殊性、设计的创新性等优势,创造了大量的优秀作品,极大程度上缓解了城市空间拥挤等问题,以及满足了人类对于亲近自热的渴求。本文因此立足坡地地势,以寒冷地区的坡地建筑作为主要的研究对象,分析气候及地域对其布局的影响,从而获得我国寒冷地区坡地建筑布局设计的策略和手法。本文对国内外相关的文献和大量作品案例的分析基础上,首先,从坡地布局的特殊性、寒冷气候的影响因素两个方面对寒冷地区坡地建筑的布局进行解析。以适应性与适度性的寒地建筑思想作为指导研究布局中的特征特点,并总结出设计原则,归纳其为应对寒地气候的适应原则、彰显寒地城市的触媒原则、契合质朴文脉的审美原则三方面,为后文进一步的分析奠定良好的理论基础。其次,从坡地地貌这一显著特征的角度分析其设计的策略。基于大量的相关案例的梳理、分析与归纳。从设计原则适寒化、适宜化、地域化三方面对其进行分类的阐述。最后,以前文的设计思想作为指导依据总结其具体的设计手法。笔者以设计的先后顺序从整体群体构建、枝节外部空间、细节的环境流线进行深入研究。坡地作为我国寒冷地区作为主要的地貌特征,其影响着城市的发展,也越来越受到建筑师的重视。坡地建筑一方面极大程度的缓解了城市用地的紧张,改善了城市规划中千篇一律的“建筑丛林”现象。另一方面,满足了人类对于亲近自然的审美渴求以及人居环境的精神享受。本文希望通过研究学习国内外坡地建筑的设计案例,为今后我国的寒冷地区坡地建筑布局提供一定的参考价值,同时希望坡地的特殊地貌的自由性与变化性可以激发建筑师的设计灵感,对我国的建筑设计产生积极有利的影响。
[Abstract]:In the 21 century, with the rapid development of society, the continuous innovation of green building thought and construction technology makes the form of architecture enrich and develop constantly, and its compatibility with nature becomes more and more high. In this background of the times, With the advantages of natural closeness, regional particularity, innovative design and so on, slope architecture has created a large number of excellent works and greatly alleviated the problems of urban space congestion, etc. Therefore, based on the slope terrain, this paper takes the slope architecture in the cold area as the main research object, and analyzes the influence of climate and region on its layout. In order to obtain the strategies and methods of architectural layout design of slope land in cold regions of China. Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign literature and a large number of work cases, first of all, from the particularity of sloping land layout, This paper analyzes the layout of slope buildings in cold regions from two aspects of the influencing factors of cold climate. The characteristics and characteristics of the research layout are guided by the idea of adaptability and moderation, and the design principles are summarized. Summing up its three aspects as responding to the adaptation principle of cold climate, highlighting the principle of catalyst in cold region city, and conforming to the aesthetic principle of plain context, and laying a good theoretical foundation for further analysis in the following text. Secondly, This paper analyzes the design strategy of slope landform from the point of view of its remarkable feature. Based on a large number of relevant cases, it analyzes and induces it. It is classified from three aspects of design principles: suitable for cold, suitable for adaptation and regionalization. Finally, The design idea of the previous article is used as the guiding basis to summarize its specific design techniques. The author constructs the whole group from the whole group in the order of design, the outer space of the section, As a main geomorphological feature of cold regions in China, slope land affects the development of cities. On the one hand, sloping land architecture has greatly alleviated the tension of urban land use and improved the "architectural jungle" phenomenon in urban planning. On the other hand, This paper hopes to study the design cases of slope buildings at home and abroad, and to provide some reference value for the layout of slope buildings in cold regions of our country in the future. At the same time, it is hoped that the freedom and variety of the special landforms of the sloping land can inspire the architects' design inspiration and have a positive and beneficial impact on the architectural design of our country.
