东北地区疗养院外部空间景观设计研究

【摘要】：随着社会的发展和人们物质生活水平的提高,人们对于精神层次的诉求日益增加,原来单纯追求疗养技术而忽视人文关怀的疗养方式已经不能满足疗养员的需求。现代疗养制度的改革、疗养模式的转变,其目的都是为疗养员创造更优的疗养环境。所以,要想更好地为疗养员服务,除了加强疗养技术水平外,改善疗养院外部空间也是有效的途径之一。目前东北地区疗养院外部空间的景观建设整体落后于城市景观建设的发展,这表明疗养院忽视了对疗养景观的营造。为了自身的可持续发展和有效地促进疗养员的康复,赋予一个什么样的东北疗养景观模式值得研究和探讨。本文则是在了解东北地区疗养院的景观建设情况下,综合考虑各类人群的使用需求,结合疗养理论以及东北的地域特色,对东北地区疗养院外部空间景观设计进行研究。首先,通过疗养院外部空间的国内外研究现状、界定的研究范围和我国疗养院的发展概况以及不足,引出本文中对东北地区疗养院景观研究的必要性。其次,基于外部空间理论、地域景观理论和疗养理论的相关内容,对东北地区黑龙江、吉林、辽宁三省的疗养院进行实地调研与访问调查,以区位优势和资源优势对东北地区疗养院进行分类,归纳出其空间类型、建筑布局,并对每个类型的疗养院景观现状进行总结。根据以上的调研对四个类型的疗养院景观进行对比分析,对问卷调查进行归纳总结,同时对四个类型疗养院的景观方面提出存在的共性问题和个性问题,针对存在的问题提出相应的优化策略,如空间流线布局、生态环境、空间特性三方面的宏观策略和植物、园路、小品以及无障碍设计四方面的微观策略,并为其能够更好的发展和更符合疗养员的需求提出了特色营造的途径,打造成为具有东北“疗”、“养”文化特色的保健康复空间,为以后东北地区疗养院景观的设计提供依据。最后以沈阳军区空军疗养院为设计实例,运用优化策略进行改造设计,在实践项目中总结摸索经验,同时验证所研究的设计理论和方法的可操作性和适用性。在以上内容的基础上总结,提出研究的创新点和不足以及对未来的展望。
[Abstract]:With the development of society and the improvement of people's material living standard, people's demands for spiritual level are increasing day by day. The original way of convalescence, which simply pursues recuperation technology and neglects humanistic care, can no longer meet the needs of sanatorium personnel. The reform of modern convalescent system and the transformation of convalescent mode are all aimed at creating a better recuperation environment for sanitarists. In order to better serve sanatorium, in addition to strengthening the level of recuperation technology, improving the external space of sanatorium is also one of the effective ways. At present, the landscape construction of the outer space of sanatorium in Northeast China lags behind the development of urban landscape construction as a whole. This shows that the sanatorium neglects the construction of the sanatorium landscape. For its own sustainable development and effective promotion of the rehabilitation of the sanatorium, It is worth studying and discussing what kind of northeast recuperation landscape pattern to give. This article is based on the understanding of the landscape construction of the sanatorium in Northeast China, considering the needs of all kinds of people, combining with the theory of convalescence and the regional characteristics of Northeast China. This paper studies the landscape design of the outside space of sanatorium in Northeast China. Firstly, through the present situation of the research at home and abroad, the definition of the scope of research and the development of sanatorium in China. Secondly, based on the external space theory, regional landscape theory and recuperation theory related content, the Northeast Heilongjiang, Jilin, Jilin, The sanatoriums in three provinces of Liaoning are investigated and visited on the spot. The sanatorium in Northeast China is classified by the advantages of location and resources, and its spatial types and architectural layout are summed up. According to the above investigation, the four types of sanatorium landscape were compared and analyzed, and the questionnaire survey was summarized. At the same time, the common problems and individual problems in the landscape of the four types of sanatorium are put forward, and the corresponding optimization strategies are put forward, such as the spatial streamline layout, the ecological environment, the spatial characteristics and the plants. The microcosmic strategy of garden road, sketch and barrier-free design, and put forward a special way for it to better develop and meet the needs of sanatoriums, so as to make it into a health care and rehabilitation space with the cultural characteristics of "therapy" and "nourishment" in Northeast China. Finally, take Shenyang military area Air Force sanatorium as an example, use the optimization strategy to carry on the transformation design, summarize and explore the experience in the practice project, and provide the basis for the future design of the sanatorium landscape in the northeast area. At the same time, the feasibility and applicability of the design theory and method are verified. Based on the above contents, the innovations and shortcomings of the research are put forward, as well as the prospect for the future.
