核电通风系统双层微穿孔板消声器研究

【摘要】:空调通风系统噪声是核电厂主控制室噪声的主要来源。通过主控制室噪声预测分析,提出主控制室降噪需要开发符合核电厂使用环境要求,且具有良好宽频消声性能的新型净化消声器。在双层微穿孔板吸声结构设计的基础上,研发了适用于核电通风系统的新型消声器,并对样机的声学性能和空气动力性能进行了数值分析和实验验证。结果表明,新型消声器消声量的插入损失在设计频率下均达到25dB以上,其压力损失在设计工况下满足设计要求,且低于传统阻性消声器。
[Abstract]:The noise of air conditioning and ventilation system is the main source of noise in the main control room of nuclear power plant.Through the prediction and analysis of the noise in the main control room, it is pointed out that the noise reduction in the main control room needs to develop a new type of purifying muffler which meets the environmental requirements of the nuclear power plant and has a good performance of wide-band noise suppression.A new type of muffler suitable for nuclear power ventilation system is developed on the basis of the sound absorption structure design of double-layer microperforated plate. The acoustic and aerodynamic performances of the prototype are numerically analyzed and verified by experiments.The results show that the insertion loss of the new muffler is above 25dB at the design frequency, and its pressure loss meets the design requirements under the design condition, and is lower than that of the traditional resistive muffler.
