混凝土防腐阻锈抗渗剂的研究与应用

【摘要】:我国海岸线绵延18000km,海洋经济是我国国民经济非常重要的组成部分,因此,海洋基本建设规模浩大,各种海洋钢筋混凝土构筑物以及在盐碱地、工业三废排放地等恶劣地质环境下的建筑物投资巨大,其使用寿命直接影响国民经济可持续发展战略。调查表明,我国已有许多海工及恶劣环境下钢筋混凝土构筑物在远低于设计寿命期内即发生严重破坏,其损失非常严重。针对混凝土构筑物所处的恶劣环境,分析海洋及恶劣环境对混凝土及混凝土中钢筋的腐蚀作用机理,加深认识构筑物受海洋及恶劣环境腐蚀劣化的(电)化学过程和化学动力学过程,以混凝土耐久性为中心,对其原材料性能、配合比设计、物理力学性能及其在各种海洋、恶劣环境中的演变规律进行综合而系统的研究,总结并建立混凝土的海水腐蚀动力学理论和控制理论,在此基础上研制出“混凝土防腐阻锈抗渗剂”。通过对研制的“混凝土防腐阻锈抗渗剂”进行多方面的试验检测,其技术性能指标分别能满足《钢筋混凝土阻锈剂》(JT/T537-2004)、《混凝土抗硫酸盐类侵蚀防腐剂》(JC/T1011-2006)、《砂浆、混凝土防水剂》(JC474-2008)和《混凝土外加剂》(GB8076-2008)中“高效减水剂”“引气剂”的要求。因此,在配制海工和恶劣环境下使用的混凝土时,可以通过在混凝土中掺加混凝土防腐阻锈抗渗剂来满足对混凝土性能的特殊要求,并且简单易行,性能可靠,以达到混凝土在不同海洋或恶劣环境下不同时期的性能或寿命。课题完成后将为海洋或恶劣环境下混凝土构筑物的建设提供合理选择材料、科学配制高性能混凝土的依据,也为国家制定相关的技术规程或规范提供参考。
[Abstract]:China has a coastline of 18000km, and the marine economy is a very important part of the national economy of our country. Therefore, the scale of marine infrastructure is huge, all kinds of marine reinforced concrete structures and in saline-alkali land,Under the adverse geological environment, such as industrial waste discharge land, the building investment is huge, and its service life directly affects the sustainable development strategy of the national economy.The investigation shows that there are many marine structures and reinforced concrete structures in bad environment in China, which have been seriously damaged in the period of far below the design life, and the losses are very serious.In view of the bad environment of concrete structure, the corrosion mechanism of marine and bad environment to concrete and reinforcement in concrete is analyzed.Deepening the understanding of (electrical) chemical processes and chemical kinetic processes of structures corroded by the ocean and harsh environments, focusing on the durability of concrete, its raw material properties, mix ratio design, physical and mechanical properties and its presence in various oceans,On the basis of the comprehensive and systematic study on the evolution law in the harsh environment, the dynamic theory and control theory of seawater corrosion of concrete are summarized and established. On this basis, "anticorrosion, rust and impermeability agent of concrete" is developed.The requirements of "high efficiency water reducing agent" and "air entraining agent" in concrete water repellent > JC474-2008) and concrete admixture GB8076-2008).Therefore, in the preparation of concrete used in marine engineering and in harsh environment, the special requirements of concrete performance can be satisfied by adding concrete anticorrosive, rust and impermeable agent to concrete, and it is simple and feasible, and the performance is reliable.To achieve concrete in different marine or harsh environment at different periods of time performance or life.After the completion of the project, it will provide a reasonable selection of materials for the construction of concrete structures in the ocean or harsh environment, scientific basis for the preparation of high performance concrete, and also provide a reference for the country to formulate relevant technical regulations or specifications.
