校企协同创新体系下交叉学科人才培养模式研究——以湖北工业大学土木工程专业防水方向为例

【摘要】：湖北工业大学于2005年在国内首创土木工程(防水材料与工程)专业方向,通过校企合作培养适应防水行业发展需要的高层次应用型人才。从办学思路、人才培养模式及实施措施等方面介绍了防水专业的建设经验,可为同类院校土建类专业人才培养模式改革提供参考。
[Abstract]:Hubei University of Technology (Hubei University of Technology) pioneered civil engineering (waterproof materials and engineering) professional direction in 2005, through the cooperation of universities and enterprises to train high-level applied talents to meet the needs of the development of waterproofing industry.This paper introduces the construction experience of waterproofing specialty from the aspects of the train of thought of running a school, the mode of personnel training and the implementing measures, etc., which can provide a reference for the reform of the training mode of civil engineering specialty in the same kind of colleges and universities.
