混凝土框架柱工程质量问题分析及加固技术研究

【摘要】:近年来,我国建筑行业得到繁荣发展。然而,繁荣发展的背后是建筑工程质量问题的频发,这种现象已成为人们关注的焦点。为保证建筑物的安全使用,保护公民的生命和财产安全,采用科学的方法对工程质量问题及加固技术进行研究十分必要。首先,本文分析了混凝土框架结构常见的工程质量问题,采用解释结构模型法(ISM)对影响混凝土框架柱工程质量的18个因素建立解释结构模型图。在西安市某在建混凝土框架结构缺陷柱的检测及加固工程中采用解释结构模型法对该框架柱工程质量问题产生的原因进行分析。其次,结合工程特点采用完全卸荷的缺陷柱置换混凝土加固方案,在施工中采用自主设计的应变测试支撑系统实现柱的完全卸荷,并阐述了完全卸荷的置换混凝土加固法施工过程并总结了施工要点。最后,运用结构分析软件SAP2000对框架结构在加固前后的受力状态进行分析对比。通过对加固施工过程中的应变监测数据分析,表明该加固技术及施工方法实现了柱的完全卸荷;通过对施工过程中支撑结构应变的实时监控提高了施工的安全性。该加固方法及其支撑系统安全可靠,可为类似工程提供借鉴和参考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's construction industry has been prosperous and developed.However, behind the prosperous development is the frequent occurrence of construction engineering quality problems, which has become the focus of attention.In order to ensure the safe use of buildings and protect the life and property of citizens, it is necessary to study the engineering quality problems and reinforcement techniques by scientific methods.Firstly, the common engineering quality problems of concrete frame structure are analyzed, and the explanatory structural model diagram of 18 factors affecting the engineering quality of concrete frame column is established by using the method of explanatory structure model (ISM).In the detection and reinforcement of defective columns of a concrete frame structure in Xi'an, the causes of the engineering quality problems of the frame columns are analyzed by using the method of explanatory structure model.Secondly, according to the characteristics of the project, the replacement concrete reinforcement scheme with completely unloaded defective columns is adopted, and the self-designed strain test support system is adopted to realize the complete unloading of the columns in construction.The construction process of replacement concrete reinforcement method with complete unloading is expounded and the main points of construction are summarized.Finally, the structural analysis software SAP2000 is used to analyze and compare the stress state of frame structure before and after reinforcement.Through the analysis of the strain monitoring data in the process of strengthening construction, it is shown that the reinforcement technique and construction method can realize the complete unloading of the columns, and the safety of the construction can be improved by the real-time monitoring of the strain of the supporting structure during the construction.The reinforcement method and its bracing system are safe and reliable, which can be used for reference and reference for similar projects.
