干式风机盘管结合独立新风系统的应用研究

【摘要】:传统的风机盘管加新风空调系统存在热湿耦合处理、难以适应热湿比的变化以及风机盘管湿工况运行等方面的问题,不仅能耗大而且会导致霉菌繁殖和传播,影响室内的空气品质。干式风机盘管结合独立新风系统作为一种新的空调系统形式,其特点是将温度湿度分开处理,有效避免了传统空调系统存在的问题。目前,我国正在大力推广绿色建筑理念,干式风机盘管结合独立新风系统具有广阔的应用前景,但该空调系统在国内的应用不多。因此本文对干式风机盘管结合独立新风系统应用于办公建筑的热舒适性、节能性和经济性进行了研究。本文第一部分分析了干式风机盘管结合独立新风系统的水系统形式和送风形式,并对新风系统和干式风机盘管系统的空气处理过程做了简要计算与分析。本文第二部分研究了干式风机盘管结合独立新风系统应用于办公建筑的热舒适性。采用Airpak软件建立卡顶式和卧式暗装干式风机盘管的办公室模型,首先对新风系统采用不同送排风形式以及干式风机盘管采用不同送风速度、射流角度的气流组织进行数值模拟,并从温度场和速度场角度对不同工况的模拟结果进行对比分析,结果表明:一、对于这两种形式的干式风机盘管,采用上送下回的送排风形式时热舒适性最好;二、卡顶式的送风速度为2m/s、射流角度为30°时,热舒适性最好,而卧式暗装的最佳送风速度则是1.5m/s。接着将以上两种系统和传统风机盘管加新风系统的气流组织进行对比分析,结果表明:卡顶式干式风机盘管结合独立新风系统的热舒适性最佳。本文第三部分在热舒适性研究的基础上,进一步研究干式风机盘管结合独立新风系统的节能性和经济性。首先采用DeST软件计算建筑各项全年逐时负荷,并对干式风机盘管结合独立新风系统和传统风机盘管加新风系统的主要设备进行选型。接着建立空调系统能耗计算模型,对两种空调系统的全年运行能耗进行计算分析,结果表明:干式风机盘管结合独立新风系统的全年能耗比传统风机盘管加新风系统的节省9.9%。其次,在能耗分析的基础上,建立初投资计算模型,对两者的初投资和全年运行费用进行了计算,并采用静态经济评价方法和动态经济评价方法对干式风机盘管结合独立新风系统进行评价分析,结果表明:干式风机盘管结合独立新风系统的初投资较高,投资回收年限较长,但随着应用普及,其优势会表现出来。通过对干式风机盘管结合独立新风系统应用于办公建筑热舒适性、节能性和经济性的研究,为其在国内的推广应用提供一些参考与建议。
[Abstract]:The traditional Fan-Coil Unit and fresh Air conditioning system has the heat and humidity coupling treatment, which is difficult to adapt to the change of the ratio of heat to humidity and to the operation of the Fan-Coil Unit under wet conditions. It not only consumes energy but also leads to the propagation and propagation of mold.Affect indoor air quality.As a new type of air conditioning system, dry fan coil unit combined with independent fresh air system is characterized by the separation of temperature and humidity, which effectively avoids the problems existing in the traditional air conditioning system.At present, China is vigorously promoting the concept of green building, dry fan coil unit combined with independent fresh air system has a broad application prospects, but the air conditioning system in China is not many applications.In this paper, the thermal comfort, energy saving and economy of dry fan coil unit combined with independent fresh air system in office buildings are studied.In the first part of this paper, the water system and the air supply form of the dry fan coil unit combined with independent fresh air system are analyzed, and the air treatment process of the fresh air system and the dry fan coil system are calculated and analyzed briefly.In the second part of this paper, the thermal comfort of dry fan coil unit combined with independent fresh air system in office buildings is studied.The Airpak software is used to establish the office model of the dry fan coils installed in the top and horizontal style. Firstly, the airflow organization of the fresh air system with different air supply and exhaust air and the dry fan coil unit with different air supply speed and jet angle is numerically simulated.The simulation results of different working conditions are compared and analyzed from the point of view of temperature field and velocity field. The results show that: first, for these two types of dry fan coil units, the thermal comfort is the best when the upper and lower return air supply is adopted; second,The thermal comfort is the best when the velocity of air supply is 2 m / s and the angle of jet is 30 掳, while the best velocity of air supply is 1.5 m / s when the air supply speed of horizontal concealed installation is 1.5 m / s.Then the air distribution of the two systems is compared with that of the traditional Fan-Coil Unit plus fresh Air system. The results show that the thermal comfort of the Fan-Coil Unit combined with the independent fresh Air system is the best.In the third part of this paper, based on the research of thermal comfort, the energy saving and economy of dry fan coil combined with independent fresh air system are further studied.Firstly, the hourly load of buildings is calculated by DeST software, and the main equipment of dry fan coil unit combined with independent fresh air system and traditional fan coil unit plus fresh air system is selected.Then the energy consumption calculation model of air conditioning system is established, and the annual energy consumption of two air conditioning systems is calculated and analyzed. The results show that the annual energy consumption of dry fan coil unit combined with independent fresh air system is 9. 9% less than that of traditional fan coil plus fresh air system.Secondly, on the basis of energy consumption analysis, the calculation model of initial investment is established, and the initial investment and annual operating cost are calculated.The static economic evaluation method and dynamic economic evaluation method are used to evaluate and analyze the dry fan coil unit combined with independent fresh air system. The results show that the initial investment of dry fan coil unit combined with independent fresh air system is higher and the investment recovery period is longer.But with the popularity of the application, its advantages will be displayed.Through the research on thermal comfort, energy saving and economy of office buildings with dry fan coil unit combined with independent fresh air system, some references and suggestions are provided for its popularization and application in China.
