【摘要】：中石化JN公司是中国石化润滑油公司直属分公司之一,是“长城”牌润滑油在山东的重要产销基地。现有灌装能力为10万吨/年。已无法满足市场需求,需要进行产能和结构的改扩建。为此,决定对“重质油”生产基地进行改扩建。JN公司灌装车间项目是该公司“重质油”生产基地进行改扩建一期工程的核心项目,项目建筑面积为8400m2,总投资1416万元。作为JN公司生产基地改扩建工程的重要组成部分,灌装车间项目的建设完成将能够极大的提高公司的灌装能力,是实现年产20万吨/年重质基础油的提前条件。因此,JN公司灌装车间项目建设的顺利实施关系到企业后续的发展壮大,而项目建设质量更是直接关系后生产经营的安全保障。论文针对JN公司灌装车间项目的技术特点分析了项目质量控制的主要影响因素及面临的问题。研究构建了JN公司灌装车间项目质量控制体系,论文明确了JN公司灌装车间项目质量控制的指导思想及基本原则,通过建立完善JN公司灌装车间项目质量控制的组织机构和责任体系,制定项目质量控制的方法和措施,以及设计工序质量的基本流程构建了项目质量管理的体系。在具体实施过程中,针对项目施工准备、现场施工以及竣工验收等不同阶段质量控制的具体需求,研究了具体的质量控制方法,确保项目建设过程中质量控制的有效实施。最后,为保障JN公司灌装车间项目建设过程中,项目质量控制体系的有效实施,论文在人员、技术和制度等层面通过提高施工人员质量意识和管理人员质量管理的水平、优化施工计划及资源管理以及建立完善质量管理的相关制度,从而确保项目质量控制工作的有效进行,保障项目质量目标的完整实现。
[Abstract]:Sinopec JN Company is one of the subsidiaries of Sinopec Lubricating Oil Company, which is an important base for producing and selling the Great Wall brand lubricants in Shandong Province. The current filling capacity is 100000 tons per year. Can not meet market demand, the need for capacity and structural expansion. Therefore, it is decided that the filling workshop project of "heavy oil" production base is the core project of the "heavy oil" production base for the first phase of the project. The construction area of the project is 8400m ~ 2, with a total investment of 14.16 million yuan. As an important part of JN Company's production base reconstruction and extension project, the completion of filling workshop project will greatly improve the filling capacity of the company, which is the advance condition to realize the annual production of 200000 tons of heavy base oil per year. Therefore, the successful implementation of the filling workshop project of JN Company is related to the subsequent development and growth of the enterprise, and the quality of the project is directly related to the safety of the production and management after the project. According to the technical characteristics of the filling workshop project of JN Company, this paper analyzes the main influencing factors and problems of the project quality control. The quality control system of JN filling workshop project is studied and constructed. The guiding ideology and basic principles of JN filling workshop project quality control are clarified in this paper. By establishing and perfecting the organization and responsibility system of project quality control in filling workshop of JN Company, establishing the methods and measures of project quality control, and designing the basic process of process quality, the system of project quality management is constructed. In order to ensure the effective implementation of quality control in the construction process, the specific quality control methods are studied in accordance with the specific requirements of quality control in different stages of project construction preparation, site construction and completion acceptance. Finally, in order to ensure the effective implementation of the project quality control system during the construction of JN filling workshop, the paper improves the quality consciousness of construction personnel and the level of management quality management in the aspects of personnel, technology and system. Optimize the construction plan and resource management, and establish and improve the quality management system, so as to ensure the effective implementation of the project quality control work and ensure the complete realization of the project quality objectives.
