西安市中高强度商品住区公共空间的开放性研究

【摘要】:近年来,封闭住区割裂住区与城市的互动关系而引发各类现实问题,已越来越受到人们的关注。中高强度商品住区作为大城市开发建设的典型住区类型,强调通过公共空间的开放来达到开发效益的最大化。因此,研究中高强度商品住区与城市的互动关系,探讨中高强度商品住区公共空间的开放性问题,是当前面临的重要课题。首先,本论文对研究的相关概念作出了明确定义,梳理了国内外封闭与开放住区的相关理论研究和建设实践,阐述了我国商品住区从封闭走向开放的发展趋势,并在多学科视角下剖析商品住区的开放性以及开放与公共空间的关联性。其次,论文共选取了西安市14个中高强度开发的商品住区为典型研究案例,从道路空间、绿化广场等开敞空间、公共服务设施等三大空间系统进行开放的现状调研,并选取开放效果显著的典型商品住区进行居民问卷调查。在调研基础上,对上述三大空间系统的开放特征、开放形式以及开放形式与开发强度、规模间关系进行横向分析,并对公共空间的开放成因、开放核心、开放特征、开放模式以及开放度与安全性、开发规模和强度关系进行纵向分析,同时总结梳理住区公共空间开放存在的问题。最后,本论文提出了中高强度商品住区公共空间的开放原则与整体策略,并针对不同规模住区提出小规模中高强度商品住区整体开放和竖向开放组织,大规模中高强度商品住整体封闭、局部开放及整体开放、局部封闭的开放性策略。通过本论文的研究,希望为今后住区由封闭走向开放提供现实的指导意义,进而促进商品住区与城市的互动、推动两者间的健康协调发展,使住区真正回归城市。
[Abstract]:In recent years, people pay more and more attention to the interaction between closed settlements and cities, which leads to all kinds of practical problems. As a typical type of residential area in the development and construction of large cities, medium and high intensity commercial settlements emphasize the maximization of development benefits through the opening of public space. Therefore, it is an important subject to study the interactive relationship between middle and high intensity commercial settlements and cities and to discuss the openness of the public space in the middle and high intensity commercial settlements. First of all, this paper makes a clear definition of the related concepts of the study, combs the domestic and foreign closed and open residential area related theoretical research and construction practice, elaborated our country commodity residential area from closed to open development trend. It also analyzes the openness of commercial settlements and the relationship between openness and public space from a multi-disciplinary perspective. Secondly, the paper selects 14 commercial residential areas of Xi'an city as typical research cases, from the road space, green square and other open space, public service facilities and other three space systems to carry on the current situation investigation and research. And select the typical commercial residential areas with remarkable opening effect to carry on the resident questionnaire survey. On the basis of investigation and research, this paper makes a horizontal analysis of the open characteristics, open forms and the relationship between the open forms and the development intensity and the scale of the three space systems, and analyzes the causes, the core and the characteristics of the open space. The open mode, the relationship between openness and security, the scale and intensity of development are analyzed vertically, and the problems existing in the opening of public space in residential areas are summarized. Finally, this paper puts forward the open principle and the whole strategy of the public space in the middle and high intensity commercial settlements, and proposes the whole open and vertical open organization for the small scale and high intensity commercial settlements. The open strategy of large-scale high-strength commodity block, partial open and whole open, partial closure. Through the research of this paper, the author hopes to provide practical guidance significance for the future residential area from closed to open, and then promote the interaction between commodity settlements and cities, promote the healthy and coordinated development between the two, and make the residential areas return to the city.
