筏板基础大体积混凝土施工裂缝控制探讨

【摘要】:大体积混凝土裂缝出现有多方面原因,主要原因是水泥水化热控制不当导致的。本文通过对北京市某住宅楼筏板式基础大体积混凝土施工实例分析,对大体积混凝土施工中水泥水化热、外界气温变化、混凝土的收缩等因素导致的混凝土出现裂缝有针对性地进行系统分析并提出了解决方案,在实际实施工程中得到较好应用,取得良好效果。
[Abstract]:There are many reasons for mass concrete cracks, mainly due to improper heat control of cement hydration. Based on the analysis of mass concrete construction of raft slab foundation in a residential building in Beijing, the heat of cement hydration and the change of outside temperature during the construction of mass concrete are analyzed in this paper. The concrete cracks caused by shrinkage of concrete are analyzed systematically and the solutions are put forward, which are well applied in practical engineering and obtain good results.
