元阳世界文化遗产区旅游型村落控制性发展研究

【摘要】：本论文基于对元阳世界遗产区村落的多次调查,结合区位和旅游资源分析,对旅游型村落进行了分类研究。通过梳理相关理论、汲取世界文化遗产区村落的旅游开发与保护模式的经验,从而探究元阳旅游型村落的发展模式。并通过旅游资源开发、土地利用、旅游环境容量、功能更新与布局、旅游服务设施、行为活动和社会文化七个方面的控制的研究,对元阳遗产区村落的旅游开发提出控制要素,从旅游发展的角度提出了村落需要进行服务功能的转化与拓展、基础设施的完善与更新、村落结构的调整与整合,运用绿色生态技术等控制措施,建立技术方法、法律法规和行政管理三方面的控制机制,尽可能避免后申遗时代元阳村落出现开发失控的问题。最后对元阳旅游型村落进行了实证研究,分别针对四种类型的旅游型村落的发展模式进行探索。对于遗产区村落的开发,既是当地经济发展的需求,又是世界遗产保护的途径。只有控制好保护与发展之间的平衡点,利用旅游业带动当地村落的发展,才能实现村落的可持续发展。而具体的控制要素及控制方法是本文研究的重点。
[Abstract]:Based on the investigation of villages in Yuanyang World Heritage area and the analysis of location and tourism resources, this paper makes a classification study on tourist villages. Through combing the relevant theories and drawing the experience of the tourism development and protection model of the villages in the world cultural heritage area, this paper probes into the development model of the tourist villages in Yuanyang. And through the research of tourism resources development, land use, tourism environment capacity, function renewal and layout, tourism service facilities, behavior activities and social culture, the paper puts forward the control elements of the tourism development of the villages in Yuanyang heritage area. From the point of view of tourism development, this paper puts forward some control measures, such as the transformation and expansion of service function, the improvement and renewal of infrastructure, the adjustment and integration of village structure, the use of green ecological technology, and so on. The control mechanism of laws and regulations and administration can avoid the problem of out of control of the development of Yuanyang village. Finally, the paper makes an empirical study on the tourist villages in Yuanyang, and explores the development models of four types of tourist villages. The development of villages in heritage areas is not only the demand of local economic development, but also the way to protect the world heritage. Only by controlling the balance between protection and development and using tourism to promote the development of local villages can the sustainable development of villages be realized. The specific control elements and control methods are the focus of this paper.
