装配式剪力墙结构抗震性能试验研究

【摘要】:浆锚连接装配式剪力墙结构体系以其施工速度快、建造质量高及可持续发展等优点越来越受到业主和设计人员的关注。金属波纹管成孔浆锚连接装配式剪力墙结构体系预制构件包括:钢筋浆锚装配式剪力墙剪力墙、预制叠合板、预制叠合梁。预制竖向构件通过预留金属波纹管成孔后灌浆养护实现钢筋浆锚连接,预制叠合构件通过后浇钢筋混凝土实现结构整体连接。由于我国地震区域分布广泛,装配式剪力墙结构技术在我国的大规模应用需满足抗震设防的要求。本文以南通市某装配式剪力墙高层住宅结构试点工程为背景,取其受力最大部位进行装配式剪力墙空间结构模型的抗震性能试验研究,主要完成的工作和相关成果如下:(1)通过对改进型金属波纹管成孔浆锚连接装配式剪力墙空间结构模型进行低周反复荷载试验,对其抗震性能进行深入的研究。观测试件在低周反复荷载下开裂、屈服、破坏全过程及破坏形态等,分析构件的裂缝发展、滞回性能、强度退化、刚度退化、延性以及耗能能力,同时分析装配式剪力墙结构在水平荷载下应变分布情况等。试验结果表明:改进型金属波纹管成孔浆锚连接装配式剪力墙结构具有较好的抗震性能;(2)采用非线性有限元软件ABAQUS对试验构件进行模拟分析,对改进型金属波纹管成孔浆锚连接装配式剪力墙空间结构在整个受力过程中的混凝土、钢筋的应力、应变以及裂缝的形成和发展情况进行分析,了解其在水平荷载作用下受力性能;(3)通过试验实测结果与有限元数值计算结果进行对比,表明有限元模拟的计算承载力与试验实测承载力较为接近;有限元模型中剪力墙混凝土受拉损伤准确揭示构件裂缝开裂位置和裂缝分布规律,与试验实测结果符合较好。最后,在总结全文的基础上,对装配式剪力墙结构的优化及后续研究提出一些建议。
[Abstract]:With the advantages of high construction speed, high construction quality and sustainable development, grouting anchor connection assembly shear wall structure system has been paid more and more attention by owners and designers. The prefabricated components include: reinforced mortar anchor assembly shear wall shear wall, prefabricated laminated board and prefabricated laminated beam. Prefabricated vertical members are connected by grouting after retaining metal bellows to form holes, and prefabricated composite members are connected by post-pouring reinforced concrete. Due to the wide distribution of earthquake in China, the large-scale application of prefabricated shear wall structure technology in China needs to meet the requirements of seismic fortification. Based on the experimental project of a prefabricated shear wall high-rise residential structure in Nantong City, the seismic behavior of the spatial structure model of the prefabricated shear wall is studied with the maximum force. The main work and related results are as follows: 1) the seismic behavior of the modified metal corrugated pipe is studied by the low-cycle repeated load test on the model of the modified metal corrugated pipe. The cracking, yield, failure process and failure pattern of the specimens under low cyclic cyclic loading were observed. The crack development, hysteretic properties, strength degradation, stiffness degradation, ductility and energy dissipation capacity of the members were analyzed. At the same time, the strain distribution of prefabricated shear wall structure under horizontal load is analyzed. The test results show that the modified metal bellows are of good seismic performance. The nonlinear finite element software ABAQUS is used to simulate and analyze the test members. In this paper, the stress, strain, crack formation and development of reinforced concrete, reinforced bar, and the formation and development of cracks of the modified metal corrugated pipe are analyzed in the course of the whole stress process of the assembled shear wall space structure, which is connected with the prefabricated shear wall space structure by the hole grouting anchor of the metal bellows. Through comparing the experimental results with the results of finite element numerical calculation, it is shown that the calculated bearing capacity of finite element simulation is close to that of test. The tensile damage of shear wall concrete in the finite element model accurately reveals the crack position and crack distribution of the member, which is in good agreement with the experimental results. Finally, on the basis of summing up the whole paper, some suggestions are put forward for the optimization and follow-up study of assembled shear wall structure.
