基于胜任素质的施工工人安全能力模型研究

【摘要】:建筑行业在我国国民经济中一直扮演着重要的角色,2014年我国建筑行业总产值达176713亿元,占国内生产总值的27.8%。建筑业由于其特殊的生产特点,一直被认为是一种高风险的行业,安全事故率也长期高于其他工业领域。这其中的一个重要原因就在于建筑行业的从业者中,存在大量未经技能培训的工人。为提高从业者的安全素养,提高建筑行业安全生产水平,如何科学全面的评价建筑工人的安全能力已经成为了亟待解决的问题。本文基于胜任素质理论和安全生产理论,就施工人员安全能力模型开展研究,以期作为工人安全水平评价的依据和安全培训的指导,具体研究内容包括:1、通过文献研究,总结与建筑施工相近行业胜任素质以及安全能力研究现状,为施工人员安全能力研究提供理论背景。2、从胜任素质以及安全生产相关理论出发,对施工人员安全能力的定义及内涵进行描述。3、利用文献研究、问卷调查、行为事件访谈等方法,构建施工人员安全能力三因素模型,通过统计分析、因素分析和信效度检验等方法验证模型稳定性与有效性。4、在施工人员安全能力模型的基础上,结合结构方程模型建立安全能力的测度指标体系和能力维度之间共生抑制的关系,建立评价体系,并对某架子工班组工人安全能力进行实际评估。论文所建立的施工人员安全能力模型综合考虑工人各方面素质,能够较为全面地解释施工人员安全能力的内容结构,并有效完成工人安全能力的评价工作。模型完善了一线施工人员的安全评价与安全培训工作,从人员因素上为减少施工安全事故的发生提供了帮助,对于其他工种以及相关行业类也具有一定参考价值。
[Abstract]:Construction industry has been playing an important role in China's national economy. In 2014, the gross output value of construction industry in our country reached 17.6713 trillion yuan, accounting for 27.880% of GDP. Because of its special production characteristics, the construction industry has been regarded as a high-risk industry, the safety accident rate is also higher than other industrial areas for a long time. An important reason for this is the large number of unskilled workers in the construction industry. In order to improve the safety literacy of the practitioners and improve the safety production level of the construction industry, how to evaluate the safety ability of construction workers scientifically and comprehensively has become an urgent problem to be solved. Based on competency theory and safety production theory, this paper studies the safety ability model of construction personnel in order to be the basis of safety level evaluation and guidance of safety training for workers. The specific research contents include: 1, through literature research, This paper summarizes the current situation of research on competence and safety ability of construction industry, and provides theoretical background for safety ability research of construction personnel, starting from the theory of competence and safety production. This paper describes the definition and connotation of safety ability of construction personnel. By using the methods of literature research, questionnaire investigation and behavior event interview, a three-factor model of safety ability of construction personnel is constructed and analyzed by statistics. Factor analysis and reliability validity test are used to verify the stability and validity of the model. On the basis of the safety capability model of construction personnel, the symbiotic inhibition relationship between the measurement index system of safety capability and the dimension of capability is established by combining the structural equation model. Set up the evaluation system, and evaluate the safety ability of the workers. The safety ability model established in this paper can comprehensively explain the content structure of the safety ability of the workers and effectively complete the evaluation of the safety ability of the workers by considering all aspects of the quality of the workers. The model improves the safety evaluation and safety training of front-line construction personnel and provides help to reduce the occurrence of construction safety accidents in terms of personnel factors. It also has a certain reference value for other types of work and related industries.
