湿热地区高层住宅生态设计方法研究

【摘要】:生态高层住宅建筑逐渐在国内得到了广泛的关注,而且在绿色建筑思想的推动下,可持续发展和能源保护必然会深入到住宅建筑设计当中。本文立足于从建筑技术结合设计角度研究湿热地区生态高层住宅发展趋势,提出较新的思考和设计方法。本文通过地区气候特征分析,阐述如何在高层住宅建筑设计中应用生态设计策略,过渡到适合湿热地区夏季防热的方法,其中包括对高层住宅热环境现状调研和依据建筑防热原理,对湿热地区夏季可应用的高层住宅窗系统遮阳装置进行对比测试,分析测试结果,并根据南向日照特点提出最佳窗系统选择类型,同时考虑对西向防热的设计策略,应对外立面防热在墙体材料和新型窗玻璃特性上选取适合的应用,综述了立面防热的设计方法。通过优化建筑户型布局提高自身通风条件,总结出适合我国湿热地区高层住宅的立面和平面通风设计方法,从而能满足最大化的自然通风降温,提出采取建筑与空中绿化相结合的特点,形成新的平面布局。在第四章的方案生态改造实践举例中,获取住户居住感受的调查问卷,并对以往项目方案做系统的分析,在多种类型的住宅方案中提出基于前面章节的生态改造的方法的实践,将各种生态防热的设计方法应用在方案改造的对比过程中,并通过dest-h模拟对比分析说明生态改造后室内热舒适程度的提高效果,和带来的制冷能耗的降低,获得验证生态改造的合理性,体现出生态防热设计方法的意义。依据以上内容的实践,高层住宅建筑的生态设计方法应该是更多的利用自然资源,提倡更多的被动式设计的应用,最大化的利用自然资源。当今探索建筑地方特色,采用适应地区气候特征的设计方法成为建筑创作的时代主题,利用被动式设计方法,最大化依靠自然采光、通风和材料的的蓄热特性减少能量消耗,又要满足人们提出的更高舒适度需求,即生态设计思想是推动绿色建筑发展的有利内容,对可持续发展的湿热地区高层住宅生态设计方法进行综述。改变“用同一的建筑表皮去应付各地巨大差异的气候”,减少以能耗的增加为代价。采用“建筑构件的变化来适合气候”的策略,具有积极的生态意义,是一种“居住新概念”。为拓展出适合我国湿热地区高层住宅生态建筑设计的方法做一份贡献。
[Abstract]:Ecological high-rise residential buildings have been paid more and more attention in our country, and the sustainable development and energy protection will certainly go deep into the residential building design under the promotion of the green building idea. This paper is based on the study of the development trend of ecological high-rise residential buildings in humid and hot areas from the point of view of the combination of building technology and design, and puts forward some new thinking and design methods. Based on the analysis of regional climate characteristics, this paper expounds how to apply ecological design strategy in the design of high-rise residential buildings to a method suitable for summer heat prevention in humid and hot areas. It includes the investigation of the current situation of thermal environment of high-rise residential buildings and the comparison and test of sunshade devices of high-rise residential windows system in summer in humid and hot areas according to the principle of building thermal protection, and the test results are analyzed. According to the characteristics of the southern sunshine, the best window system selection type is put forward, and the design strategy of the westward heat proof is considered, and the suitable application of the exterior surface heat proof in the wall material and the new window glass characteristic is chosen. The design method of heat protection for facade is summarized in this paper. By optimizing the layout of building units to improve their ventilation conditions, the paper summarizes the design methods of facade and plane ventilation suitable for high-rise residential buildings in humid and hot areas of our country, so as to meet the maximum natural ventilation and cooling. The new plane layout is formed by combining the building with the aerial greening. In the fourth chapter of the program ecological transformation practice example, obtains the household living feeling questionnaire, and makes the systematic analysis to the previous project plan, puts forward the ecological transformation method practice based on the previous chapter in the many kinds of housing projects, Various design methods of ecological heat protection are applied in the process of comparison of scheme transformation, and the comparison and analysis of dest-h simulation show that the improvement effect of indoor thermal comfort and the reduction of refrigeration energy consumption after ecological transformation. The rationality of ecological transformation is verified, and the significance of ecological heat control design method is embodied. According to the practice above, the ecological design method of high-rise residential buildings should be more use of natural resources, promote more passive design applications, maximize the use of natural resources. Nowadays, exploring the local characteristics of buildings and adopting the design method adapted to the climate characteristics of the region become the theme of the architectural creation. The passive design method is used to maximize the energy consumption by relying on the characteristics of natural lighting, ventilation and heat storage of materials. In order to meet the demand of higher comfort, that is, ecological design is the favorable content to promote the development of green buildings, the ecological design method of high-rise residential buildings in the humid and hot areas of sustainable development is summarized. Changing "using the same building's skin to cope with a wide variety of climates" reduces the cost of increased energy consumption. It has positive ecological significance and is a new concept of residence to adopt the strategy of "change of building components to adapt to climate". In order to expand the ecological design method of high-rise residential buildings in humid and hot areas of our country, this paper makes a contribution.
