浙东地区新型乡村住宅建筑生态设计

【摘要】：乡村——作为城市的对立面,逐渐形成了地域性、特殊性,适应当地环境、地理等特征。随着乡村城镇化的推进,浙东地区的乡村城镇化进程中存在许多不协调的问题渐渐浮出水面:“场地规划设计、环境布局缺乏整体考虑,土地利用不合理;单体建筑统一化,不适应当地自然气候环境;新型乡村住宅建设广泛使用黏土实心砖,无利用新型建筑材料的意识;围护结构无任何保温措施,构造设计不合理;水资源理由不合理,资源浪费现象普遍存在;无利用新能源、可再生能源意识;建筑形式雷同,且缺乏专业从事建筑生态设计的队伍,造成造成建筑与生态环境、建筑与节能技术的结合问题被忽视。”在此背景下,对新型乡村住宅建筑进行生态设计是有效均衡生态环境与新农村建设这一矛盾的有效手段。本文通过实地调研浙东地区新型乡村住宅的建设现状,从乡村住宅的特殊性入手,对其聚落、空间、形态、结构和材料方面进行归纳分析研究,通过案例的归纳总结,针对新型乡村住宅建筑中存在的问题,在建筑设计阶段引入生态设计,提出适应新型乡村住宅发展的生态设计策略。使住宅适应周围生态环境的基础上,做到节地、节能、节材,以增加住宅的生态技术含量;在满足居民日常生产、生活及舒适的前提下降低住宅本身的能源消耗量。以期为当地及其他地区的新型乡村住宅的生态设计方面提供一定的参考,为国家的新农村建设作出应有的贡献。
[Abstract]:Rural-as the opposite of the city, gradually formed a regional, special, adapt to the local environment, geography and other characteristics. With the development of rural urbanization, there are many uncoordinated problems in the process of rural urbanization in eastern Zhejiang Province: "site planning and design, lack of overall consideration of environmental layout, unreasonable land use, unified single building," Not adapting to local natural climate environment; widely using clay solid bricks in the construction of new rural residential buildings, without consciousness of using new building materials; without any insulation measures, unreasonable structural design, unreasonable water resources reasons, The phenomenon of waste of resources is widespread; consciousness of no new energy, renewable energy, the same form of architecture and lack of a professional team engaged in architectural ecological design, resulting in the building and ecological environment, The combination of building and energy-saving technology has been ignored. " In this context, ecological design of new rural residential buildings is an effective way to balance the contradiction between ecological environment and new rural construction. Based on the field investigation of the present situation of the construction of the new rural residence in eastern Zhejiang, this paper begins with the particularity of the rural house, and analyzes its settlement, space, form, structure and materials, and summarizes the cases. In view of the problems existing in the new-type rural residential building, ecological design is introduced into the architectural design stage, and the ecological design strategy adapted to the development of the new-type rural residence is put forward. On the basis of adapting the house to the surrounding ecological environment, it can save land, save energy and save materials, so as to increase the ecological technology content of the residence, and reduce the energy consumption of the house itself on the premise of satisfying the daily production, life and comfort of the residents. In order to provide a certain reference for the ecological design of the new rural residence in local and other areas, and make due contribution to the new rural construction of the country.
