建筑施工中模板工程事故分析及安全评价研究

【摘要】:近年来,建筑施工模板工程安全事故频繁发生,不仅造成了重大的人员伤亡及国家财产损失,还严重影响到居民的正常生活及社会的稳定。本文立足于模板工程技术和安全评价理论,通过分析模板工程事故风险因素,建立模板工程安全评价模型,并结合作业条件危险性评价法和层次分析法对该评价模型进行安全评价,完成评价指标的综合排序,为施工现场安全管理提供了科学依据,针对评价指标排名次序,充分考虑各种影响因素,分别制定相应的安全措施。并对比方法优化前后的评价效果,说明了该安全评价方法的可行性与实用性,对模板工程施工现场的安全评价具有一定参考价值。本文在安全评价理论研究的基础上,开发了建筑模板工程施工专项方案配套软件,该软件除了安全评价功能外,还兼具了模板工程施工专项方案的编制及其力学计算实用功能,并结合实际工程示例,把实际工程与配套软件相结合,具有良好的运用效果,为模板工程施工提供了软件支持。
[Abstract]:In recent years, construction formwork safety accidents occur frequently, not only causing heavy casualties and national property losses, but also seriously affecting the normal life of residents and social stability. Based on the formwork engineering technology and safety evaluation theory, this paper establishes the formwork engineering safety evaluation model by analyzing the risk factors of formwork engineering accidents. The safety evaluation of the evaluation model is carried out by combining the risk assessment method of working conditions and the analytic hierarchy process, and the comprehensive ranking of the evaluation indexes is completed, which provides a scientific basis for the safety management of the construction site, and aims at the ranking order of the evaluation indexes. Take into account all kinds of influence factors and formulate corresponding safety measures respectively. The feasibility and practicability of the safety evaluation method are illustrated by comparing the evaluation results before and after the optimization of the method, which has a certain reference value for the safety evaluation of the construction site of the formwork engineering. On the basis of the research of safety evaluation theory, this paper develops the supporting software for the special construction scheme of building formwork engineering. In addition to the safety evaluation function, the software also has the function of compiling the special construction plan of the formwork engineering and its practical function of mechanical calculation. Combined with practical engineering examples, combining practical engineering with supporting software, it has good application effect and provides software support for formwork construction.
