硅酸锂基复合溶胶对混凝土表面性能影响研究

【摘要】:通过制备不同配比的硅酸锂基复合溶胶在不同龄期的砂浆块表面渗透固化后,对表面回弹值、渗水性进行了研究,并对渗透固化前后的表面微观形貌进行了观察。结果表明:复合溶胶对砂浆表面微孔隙进行了填充,形成致密的微观结构,提高了表面回弹值及并降低了表面渗水性。渗透固化56d后,养护28d的砂浆表面回弹值高于对应养护3d的砂浆。随着复合溶胶中的硅酸钠含量增加,表面回弹值先上升后下降,但是渗水量会随之增加,耐水性降低。加入质量分数15%,25%硅酸钠的复合溶胶综合性能较好。
[Abstract]:The surface springback value and water permeability of the lithium silicate composite sol with different proportions were studied and the surface microstructure was observed before and after the osmotic solidification. The results showed that the composite sol filled the microporous surface of the mortar and formed a compact microstructure. The surface resilience of the surface is increased and the surface water permeability is reduced. After the osmosis of 56d, the rebound value of the mortar surface for curing 28d is higher than that of the mortar corresponding to the curing 3D. With the increase of sodium silicate content in the composite sol, the rebound value of the surface rises first and then decreases, but the water permeability will increase and the water resistance decreases. The mass fraction of sodium silicate will be added to 15%, 25% sodium silicate. The composite sol has better comprehensive properties.
