地铁车辆段上盖居住物业交通组织设计研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着国内地铁轨道交通快速发展的同时也带动着轨道交通配套设施的同步增长,从而造成了大面积土地被其配套设施占用的局面,其中主要配套设施——地铁车辆段,依据其工艺要求需要独立设置,占地面积约15-50公顷。为响应集约用地号召,地铁车辆段上盖物业已成为一种发展趋势。居住物业作为上盖物业开发形式的一种,其交通组织的设计有别于普通落地型居住物业的设计方式,因此本文根据其特性对其交通组织进行系统性研究。本文列举北京四惠车辆段以及郭公庄车辆段两个上盖居住物业为例,将其分为三个部分重点研究,分别从与城市外部交通的接驳、入口空间设计、内部交通流线组织进行了深入探讨,对其交通现状进行分析,总结交通组织的特点、现存不足以及经验启示,同时分析影响地铁车辆段上盖居住物业交通组织设计的因素,根据其特征提出具有针对上盖开发模式的居住物业交通组织设计的原则与目标,最后依据设计原则从对外交通、入口、内部交通组织、消防通道、无障碍交通、交通设施以及紧急疏散这几方面对交通组织进行系统全面的总结,从城市设计、建筑设计以及人的使用的角度提出相应的设计建议,并在宏观层面上给出指导策略。作者希望通过本文的研究能对今后地铁车辆段上盖居住物业的交通组织设计提供有价值的参考和借鉴,从而共同提高这种新模式下的居住物业人居生活环境质量,使这种开发模式更持续、健康的发展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of subway rail transit in China, it also leads to the synchronous growth of supporting facilities of rail transit, resulting in the situation that a large area of land is occupied by its supporting facilities, among which the main supporting facilities-subway depot. It needs to be set up independently according to its technological requirements, covering an area of about 15-50 hectares. In order to respond to the call for intensive land use, the construction of property in the depot has become a trend of development. Residential property as a form of property development, the design of traffic organization is different from the design of common floor residential property, so this paper makes a systematic study on the traffic organization according to its characteristics. This paper enumerates two residential properties of Beijing Sihui Depot and Guo Gongzhuang Depot as examples, and divides them into three parts, respectively, from the connection with the city's external traffic, the design of entrance space, The internal traffic streamline organization is discussed in depth, the present traffic situation is analyzed, the characteristics of the traffic organization, the existing shortcomings and the experience enlightenment are summarized. At the same time, the factors influencing the traffic organization design of the residential property in the upper cover of the subway depot are analyzed. According to its characteristics, the paper puts forward the principles and objectives of traffic organization design of residential property based on the development mode of the superstructure. Finally, according to the design principles, the traffic organization of external transportation, entrance, internal traffic organization, fire fighting passage and barrier-free traffic are introduced. The traffic organization is systematically summarized from the aspects of transportation facilities and emergency evacuation, and the corresponding design suggestions are put forward from the aspects of urban design, architectural design and human use, and the guiding strategies are given on the macro level. The author hopes that the research in this paper can provide valuable reference and reference to the traffic organization design of residential property in the future, so as to jointly improve the living environment quality of residential property under this new model. Make this kind of development mode more sustainable, healthy development.
