武汉市湖泊型城市湿地公园选址适宜性研究

【摘要】:有效保护与合理利用城市湖泊及城市湖泊湿地一直是城市快速发展过程中关注的热点问题,湖泊型城市湿地公园提供了一种有效途径,其选址适宜性研究在促进其可持续发展过程必不可少,但基本处于缺失状态。通过构建武汉市湖泊型城市湿地公园的选址适宜性评价模型,提供选址方法参考及选址工作依据。本研究对象为有湖泊湿地的武汉城市湖泊,通过实地考察、文献研究、专家咨询等,探讨影响湖泊型城市湿地公园选址的城市湿地本体、相关影响因素、利益平衡因素,综合运用湿地可持续发展、湿地生态系统健康、湿地生态承载力、湿地生态恢复、风景资源平价、城市规划、造园学相关理论依据及研究成果,按照科学性与系统性、综合性与主导性、非相容性、简便性与可操作性基本原则,结合武汉市城市湖泊特性,借助层次分析法建立包含3个准则层、45个测度指标的武汉市湖泊型城市湿地公园选址适宜性评价指标体系。接着对各个测度指标制定优、良、中、差、劣五个等级的评价标准,并通过专家对各层次指标两两判断统计出指标权重,其中对湖泊型城市湿地公园选址适宜性影响较大的有湿地环境承载力、地表水环境质量变化趋势、湿地规模变化趋势、水系连通性、水域面积与汇水面积比、水文周期、地表水环境质量、土壤环境质量、自然野趣度、游憩舒适度、周边用地开发影响力、人口情况、保护区与控制区宽度、可达公共交通方便度、供水防旱能力、排水防洪能力、污水处理能力17个测度指标。然后通过加权求和得到很适宜、较适宜、勉强适宜、不适宜、很不适宜五个综合评价评价等级结果,对应的得分分别是0.90、0.70、0.50、0.30、0.10,最终构建武汉市湖泊型城市湿地公园选址适宜性综合评价模型。另外选定外沙湖、南湖、野芷湖及杨春湖作为该评价模型的应用对象,分别对各个测度指标进行评价描述,最终得出四个湖泊的综合评价得分,分别是0.5423、0.4929、0.5241、0.5163,即南湖不适宜建设成湖泊型城市湿地公园,外沙湖、野芷湖、杨春湖则勉强适宜。最后在评价结果的基础上,针对湖泊型城市湿地公园的选址标准与要求分别对这四个湖泊提出改善建议。
[Abstract]:The effective protection and rational utilization of urban lakes and urban lake wetlands has always been a hot issue in the rapid development of the city. The lake type urban wetland park provides an effective way. The study of location suitability is essential to promote its sustainable development, but it is basically in a state of absence. The evaluation model of location suitability of lake wetland park in Wuhan is constructed to provide reference for site selection method and basis for site selection. This research object is Wuhan city lake with lake wetland. Through field investigation, literature study and expert consultation, this paper discusses the urban wetland body, related influence factors, benefit balance factors, and so on, which affect the location of lake type urban wetland park. Comprehensive use of wetland sustainable development, wetland ecosystem health, wetland ecological carrying capacity, wetland ecological restoration, landscape resources parity, urban planning, gardening related theoretical basis and research results, according to scientific and systematic, The basic principles of comprehensiveness and dominance, incompatibility, simplicity and maneuverability, combined with the characteristics of Wuhan's urban lakes, With the help of the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP), an evaluation index system for the location suitability of lake wetland parks in Wuhan is established, which includes three criteria and 45 measure indexes. Then the evaluation criteria of the five grades of excellent, good, moderate, poor and inferior are established for each measure index, and the index weight is calculated by experts' judgment on each level index. Among them, the wetland environmental carrying capacity, the change trend of surface water environmental quality, the change trend of wetland scale, the water system connectivity, the ratio of water area to catchment area, the hydrological period are the most important factors affecting the suitability of the location selection of lake type city wetland park. Surface water environmental quality, soil environmental quality, natural interest degree, recreation comfort, surrounding land development influence, population situation, width of protected and controlled areas, accessibility to public transport, water supply and drought prevention capacity, drainage and flood control capacity, The capacity of sewage treatment was measured by 17 indexes. Then, by weighted summation, we get the results of the five comprehensive evaluation grades, which are very suitable, more appropriate, less appropriate, not appropriate, and very unsuitable for the five comprehensive evaluation grades. The corresponding scores were 0.90 ~ 0.70 ~ 0.50 ~ (0.50) ~ 0.30 ~ (0.10) respectively. Finally, a comprehensive evaluation model of the location suitability of lake type urban wetland park in Wuhan was constructed. In addition, Wesha Lake, Nanhu Lake, Yezhi Lake and Yang Chunhu Lake are selected as the application objects of the evaluation model. The evaluation and description of each measure index are carried out respectively, and finally the comprehensive evaluation scores of four lakes are obtained. It is 0.5423, 0.4929, 0.5241 and 0.5163 respectively, that is, Nanhu Lake is not suitable to be constructed into a lake-type urban wetland park, while Wesha Lake, Yezhi Lake and Yang Chunhu Lake are barely suitable for the construction of a lake-type urban wetland park. Finally, on the basis of the evaluation results, suggestions for improvement of the four lakes are put forward according to the criteria and requirements of the location of the lake type urban wetland park.
