土地利用视角下的旅游小城镇“多规合一”实证研究——以宜兴市西渚镇为例

【摘要】：基于我国目前规划体系庞杂、规划间沟通协调缺乏且矛盾冲突严重的现状,"多规合一"成为近年规划领域的热点问题。通过梳理"多规合一"研究指导理论,以典型旅游小城镇宜兴市西渚镇为例,并以土地利用为视角,旅游规划为导向,开展了旅游小城镇"多规合一"实现方法研究。研究结果表明:采用"发现差异—量化差异—解决差异—促进协调"的技术思路,可有效实现土地利用总体规划、旅游规划、生态环境保护规划等相关规划的融合,研究成果对旅游小城镇的发展具有指导意义。
[Abstract]:Based on the current planning system in China, the lack of communication and coordination in planning and the serious conflict of conflicts, the "multi compliance" has become a hot issue in the field of planning in recent years. By combing the "multi regulation one" research guidance theory, taking the town of Xi Zhu Town, Yixing City, a typical tourist town as an example, and taking the land use as the perspective, the tourism planning is guided and carried out. The research results show that the use of the technical ideas of "discovery difference - quantitative difference - resolving difference - promoting coordination" can effectively integrate the overall planning of land use, tourism planning, ecological environment protection planning and other related planning, and the research results have the development of tourism small towns.
