CFRP-PCPs复合筋加固钢梁受力性能试验及理论研究

【摘要】:本文提出使用CFRP预应力棱柱体carbon fibre-reinforced-polymers prestressed concrete prisms(CFRP-PCPs)加固钢梁方法。CFRP-PCPs筋是指在截面较小的高强棱柱体(PCPs)面积中心埋植预应力CFRP筋,待高强达到设计强度后,预应力CFRP筋与高强棱柱体相互组合形成截面尺寸较小适合于轴心受拉的CFRP-PCPs筋。由于预应力的影响,使用CFRP-PCPs作为受力筋可以推迟CFRP-PCPs筋受弯构件在正常使用阶段荷载下的构件裂缝开展,减小挠度及裂缝宽度。该筋即可作为受力筋直接粘贴与钢梁腹板与下翼缘交叉处,即形成一种新型CFRP-PCPs筋复合筋加固钢梁结构。本文对CFRP-PCPs筋加固钢梁结构进行系列试验研究及理论分析。主要的研究工作如下:(1)完成了CFRP-PCPs筋生产材料,制作设备以及流程的研究,成功的制作出CFRP-PCPs筋。(2)进行了6根CFRP-PCPs筋复合筋加固钢梁加载试验研究,与未加固钢梁相比,采用CFRP-PCPs筋复合筋加固钢梁具有以特点:试件破坏时CFRP-PCPs筋中的CFRP筋的应力水平明显提高,加固钢梁的极限承载力提高;可较好的改善加固钢梁在正常使用阶段性能,提高加固梁的刚度,延缓开裂,减小裂缝宽度。(3)对CFRP-PCPs筋加固钢梁正截面按可能的破坏形态进行了归纳分类,建立了承载力计算及其判断方法,并在此基础上提出了CFRP-PCPs筋加固钢梁挠度等的设计建议。本文的研究成果将为CFRP-PCPs筋结构在实际工程的应用提供科学依据,并为CFRP-PCPs筋结构的相关规范的编制提供参考。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the method of strengthening steel beam with CFRP prestressing prism carbon fibre-reinforced-polymers prestressed concrete prisms (CFRP-PCPs). CFRP-PCPs is that the prestressed CFRP tendons are embedded in the center of the area of the high-strength prism with smaller section, and when the high strength reaches the design strength, The prestressing CFRP tendons combined with high strength prisms form a small section size suitable for axial tension of CFRP-PCPs tendons. Because of the influence of prestress, using CFRP-PCPs as the stress bar can delay the crack development of the flexural members with CFRP-PCPs tendons under normal service stage, and reduce the deflection and crack width. The steel bar can be directly bonded to the steel beam web plate and the lower flange as a stress bar, that is to say, a new type of steel beam reinforced with CFRP-PCPs tendons is formed. In this paper, a series of experimental research and theoretical analysis of steel beam structure strengthened with CFRP-PCPs bars are carried out. The main research work is as follows: (1) finished the research on the production material, equipment and flow of CFRP-PCPs bars, and successfully made CFRP-PCPs tendons. 2) the loading tests of 6 CFRP-PCPs tendons reinforced steel beams are carried out, which are compared with those of unstrengthened steel beams. The characteristics of strengthening steel beams with CFRP-PCPs tendons are as follows: the stress level of CFRP bars in CFRP-PCPs bars is obviously increased and the ultimate bearing capacity of strengthened steel beams is increased when the specimens are destroyed, and the stage energy of strengthening steel beams in normal service can be better improved. The normal section of steel beams strengthened with CFRP-PCPs bars is classified according to the possible failure patterns, and the calculation of bearing capacity and its judgment method are established, which can improve the stiffness of strengthened beams, delay cracking and reduce the width of cracks. On this basis, the design suggestions of the deflection of steel beams strengthened with CFRP-PCPs bars are put forward. The research results in this paper will provide a scientific basis for the application of CFRP-PCPs reinforcement structure in practical engineering, and provide a reference for the compilation of relevant codes for CFRP-PCPs reinforcement structure.
