四川地区多层既有住宅适老化改造——套内户型设计

【摘要】：文章以四川地区人口老龄化问题引发的居住建筑适配性需求为背景,以既有住宅建筑适应老龄化使用需求为主要研究对象,通过对既有住宅建筑内部户型改造与设施的完善等改造技术的研究,探索适合四川地区既有住宅建筑户内空间适老化功能提升与完善的综合改造策略。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the adaptation needs of residential buildings caused by the aging population in Sichuan region are taken as the background, and the existing residential buildings' adaptation to the aging needs is the main research object. Through the research on the renovation technology of the existing residential building interior type and facilities, this paper explores a comprehensive transformation strategy suitable for the promotion and perfection of the aging function of the existing residential building in Sichuan area.
