社区居家养老模式下社区卫生服务中心设计研究

【摘要】：当前我国已经进入老龄化社会,部分城市的老龄化程度已经赶超欧美,养老问题已经成为多年来我国重点关注和将持续关注的重要民生问题。目前在养老模式的探讨上,我国已经从传统以家庭为单位的居家养老供应模式发展到居家养老与机构养老并行,到现在以社区为依托的社区居家养老模式。随着社区居家养老模式的不断推进,老年人对医疗保健的需求也日益增加,如何在社区层面实现医养结合成为我国目前社区居家养老模式下的重要问题。社区卫生基层医疗设施对社区老年人医疗健康有着重要的影响。但是从目前我国社区基层医疗设施发展来看,我国社区基层医疗服务和设施都尚在发展阶段,缺少系统化、多样化的体系和设施建设。从目前我国老年人社区基层医疗设施建设现状来看,我国已发展多年的社区卫生服务中心成为社区基层医疗设施的重要支点。面对老龄化的转变,社区卫生服务中心从功能配置、空间环境、规划布局都应做出适应性的转变。所以本文以我国的城市社区卫生服务中心作为研究对象,运用文献考据、分类比较、实地调研等研究方法。探讨适应我国社区居家养老背景下社区卫生服务中心适宜设计策略。首先,对以美国、欧洲、日本为代表的老龄化国家的社区老年卫生服务设施进行研究,与我国社区卫生服务设施进行对比,得出具有我国当下时期特色的社区卫生服务中心的特征。通过探讨社区老人的就医特征找到影响我国在针对老龄化就医需求下对社区卫生服务中心的设计影响。通过案例调研分析发现社区老人使用与功能配置特征对建筑的影响,探讨我国老年人对社区卫生服务中心在社区居家养老的大背景下的优化设计策略。
[Abstract]:At present, our country has entered an aging society, and some cities have overtaken Europe and the United States in the degree of aging. The old-age problem has become an important livelihood issue that our country has paid attention to and will continue to pay attention to for many years. At present, in the exploration of the old-age model, our country has developed from the traditional home-based old-age supply mode to the home-based old-age care model and the institutional old-age care model, and now the community-based home-based old-age care model. With the continuous promotion of the community home pension model, the demand for medical care of the elderly is also increasing. How to realize the combination of medical care and support at the community level has become an important issue under the current community home pension model in our country. Community health primary medical facilities have an important impact on the health of the elderly in the community. However, from the current development of community primary medical facilities in China, the community primary medical services and facilities are still in the development stage, lack of systematic, diversified system and facilities construction. From the current situation of the construction of community primary medical facilities for the elderly in China, the community health service center, which has been developed for many years, has become an important fulcrum of the community primary medical facilities. In the face of the change of aging, community health service centers should make adaptive changes from function allocation, spatial environment and planning layout. So this paper takes the city community health service center of our country as the research object, uses the literature textual research, the classification comparison, the field investigation and so on research method. To probe into the suitable design strategy of community health service center under the background of community home pension in our country. First of all, the study on the elderly community health service facilities in aging countries, represented by the United States, Europe and Japan, is compared with the community health service facilities in China. The characteristics of the community health service center with the characteristics of the present period of our country are obtained. This paper discusses the characteristics of the elderly in the community to find out the influence on the design of the community health service center under the demand of aging. Through the investigation and analysis of cases, this paper finds out the influence of the characteristics of the use and function configuration of the elderly in the community on the architecture, and probes into the optimal design strategy of the elderly community health service center in the background of the community home pension.
