新青海大厦结构抗震设计

【摘要】:新青海大厦工程平面呈细腰布置,存在扭转不规则、凹凸不规则、楼板不连续、竖向尺寸突变等,属于结构抗震超限建筑。采用PKPM和ETABS软件对结构进行了多遇地震下的反应谱分析及弹性时程分析,并针对其结构特点,对关键构件进行性能化设计。
[Abstract]:The plane of the New Qinghai Mansion is arranged in a thin waist with irregular torsion irregular concave and convex irregular floor discontinuity and abrupt vertical size. The response spectrum analysis and elastic time history analysis of the structure under frequent earthquakes are carried out by using PKPM and ETABS software. According to the structural characteristics, the performance design of the key components is carried out.
