大连纳帕溪谷温泉度假村三期别墅被动式房屋设计

【摘要】:随着全球能源日趋紧张、生态环境恶化等问题的日益严重,节能、减排成为世界各国关注的主要问题。经济高速发展的中国也面临着能源紧缺和环境污染的巨大压力。我国目前既有的建筑大概有95%都是属于高耗能建筑。居住建筑是城市建设中比重最大的建筑类型,居住建筑数量众多。所以居住建筑采用被动式设计,能大大缓解城市能源浪费、减少大气污染。大连纳帕溪谷温泉度假村,是由大连纳帕溪谷温泉度假村有限公司开发的综合性旅游度假产品。本次论文研究的是纳帕溪谷温泉度假村的第三期的度假别墅的被动式建筑设计策略应用。根据大连的气候特点,结合德国的被动式房屋设计策略,总结出大连被动式房屋设计策略如下:高效能外围护结构(2)高效率机电系统(3)最大化利用自然资源。本文从分析研究入手,着重分析了被动式建筑设计的相关因素,其中包括:气候气象因素、群体布局因素、朝向因素、风环境因素以及其它因素。并具体分析了实际工程在体形设计、平面设计、剖面设计、立面设计、保温体系、材料选择上所采用的详细的技术措施,并通过软件计算,最终达到所设定的被动式房屋设计标准。通过对国内、国外被动式房屋的相关理论以及相关实例的研究,发现我国现行的节能标准与国外被动式房屋设计标准差距较大,但是通过合理的场地设计、合理的户型设计、合理的资源的利用、合理的建筑材料的使用以及合理的建筑构造,在大连建设被动式房屋是可以实现的。因此,通过大连纳帕溪谷温泉度假村三期别墅被动式房屋的设计,以实际项目的可行性,为大连别墅项目,以及居住建筑的被动式设计起到实际的推动作用。被动屋在大连必将有着广阔的市场前景。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly tense global energy and the worsening of the ecological environment, energy conservation and emission reduction have become the main concern of the world. China is also facing enormous pressure of energy shortage and environmental pollution. At present, about 95% of our existing buildings belong to high energy consumption buildings. Residential buildings are cities. The largest number of buildings in the construction, there are a large number of residential buildings. Therefore, the passive design of residential buildings can greatly alleviate the waste of energy in the city and reduce the air pollution. The Dalian Napa Valley Hot Spring Resort is a comprehensive tourist holiday product developed by the Dalian Napa Valley Hot Spring Resort limited. This paper is studied in this paper. It is the passive building design strategy application of the third stage holiday villa in Napa Valley Hot Spring Resort. According to the climate characteristics of Dalian, combined with the German passive housing design strategy, the Dalian passive housing design strategy is summarized as follows: high efficiency outer enclosure structure (2) high efficiency mechanical and electrical system (3) maximizing the use of natural resources. This paper, starting with the analysis and research, focuses on the related factors of passive architectural design, including climatic weather factors, group layout factors, orientation factors, wind environment factors and other factors, and concretely analyses the practical engineering in shape design, plane design, profile design, elevation design, insulation system and material selection. Detailed technical measures, and through software calculation, finally reached the set of passive housing design standards. Through the domestic, foreign passive housing related theories and related examples, we found that the current energy saving standards in China are far from the foreign passive housing design standard, but through reasonable site design, The construction of the passive building in Dalian can be realized by the design of the rational unit, rational use of resources, the use of reasonable building materials and the reasonable building structure. Therefore, the design of the passive housing of the three villas in the Napa Valley Hot Spring Resort in Dalian is designed for the feasibility of the actual project, for the villa project in Dalian and the construction of the residential building. The passive design of the building plays a practical role in promoting the passive housing in Dalian.
