水平加腋钢筋混凝土梁—型钢混凝土柱节点的应用与受力性能分析

【摘要】:全国各地都在大量兴建高层、超高层建筑,型钢混凝土组合结构形式因承载力、刚度、截面尺寸、抗震性能、施工便利性等方面占有优势而应用逐渐普遍,其中,钢筋混凝土梁-型钢混凝土柱结构形式的应用较多。目前,钢筋混凝土梁-型钢混凝土柱节点构造形式,主要分为梁纵筋贯通节点、梁部分纵筋与钢牛腿焊接节点、梁部分纵筋与短钢梁搭接节点、梁部分纵筋与套筒机械连接节点等。本文从施工角度出发,提出通过梁水平加腋使得梁所有纵筋从柱型钢翼缘边通过或穿过柱型钢腹板的钢筋混凝土梁-型钢混凝土柱构造节点做法。采用这种梁端水平加腋方式,节点构造简单、传力明确,可避免钢牛腿构造形式导致结构构件截面承载力和刚度突变的问题,有利于柱内型钢生产、加工与运输,方便型钢吊运和其他物资的吊运,对减少施工工序、提高施工质量和加快施工进度有利。对现行不同规范给出的梁柱节点承载力计算公式分析,在不改变型钢混凝土框架柱、钢筋混凝土框架梁截面尺寸、配筋、配钢的情况下,梁端水平加腋不影响或可提高钢筋混凝土梁-型钢混凝土柱节点承载力。ABAQUS有限元分析对比结果也表明,梁端水平加腋形式的钢筋混凝土梁-型钢混凝土柱构造节点的刚度、变形能力要优于焊接钢牛腿构造形式梁柱节点。本文还对钢筋混凝土梁-型钢混凝土柱节点设计提出建议,提供了共58个梁柱节点设计图,并对节点施工中型钢加工安装、钢筋加工安装及连接、模板安装、混凝土浇筑等施工过程提出了建议,可以给工程应用提供参考。
[Abstract]:Throughout the country, a large number of high-rise buildings, super-high-rise buildings and steel reinforced concrete composite structures have been widely used because of their advantages in bearing capacity, stiffness, cross-section size, seismic performance, construction convenience and so on. Reinforced concrete beam-steel reinforced concrete column structure is widely used. At present, the structural forms of reinforced concrete beam-steel reinforced concrete column joints are mainly divided into beam longitudinal reinforcement connection, beam longitudinal reinforcement and steel corbel welded joint, beam longitudinal reinforcement and short steel beam overlap joint. Part of the beam longitudinal reinforcement and sleeve mechanical connection joints and so on. In this paper, from the point of view of construction, a method of constructing joints of reinforced concrete beam-steel reinforced concrete columns with all longitudinal bars passing through or through column steel webs by means of horizontal beam and axil is put forward. With this beam end horizontal axillary mode, the joint structure is simple and the force transfer is clear, which can avoid the problem of sudden change in the bearing capacity and stiffness of the structural members caused by the steel corbel structure, which is conducive to the production, processing and transportation of the steel in the column. Convenient lifting of steel and other materials is beneficial to reduce construction process, improve construction quality and speed up construction progress. The calculation formula of bearing capacity of Liang Zhu joints given in different codes is analyzed. Without changing the section size of steel reinforced concrete frame column, reinforced concrete frame beam, reinforcement, and steel distribution, The results of finite element analysis on the bearing capacity of reinforced concrete beam-steel reinforced concrete column joints. Abaqus results also show that the stiffness of reinforced concrete beam-steel reinforced concrete column joints with horizontal and axillary beam end is not affected or can be improved. The deformability is superior to the welded steel corbel structure Liang Zhu joint. The paper also puts forward some suggestions for the design of reinforced concrete beam-steel reinforced concrete column joints, and provides 58 design drawings of Liang Zhu joints. It also provides the installation and installation of section steel, the installation and connection of steel bars, and the installation of formwork during the construction of joints. Some suggestions are put forward in the construction process of concrete pouring, which can provide reference for engineering application.
