百叶遮阳双层皮幕墙光学特性理论与实验研究

【摘要】:百叶遮阳双层皮幕墙在夏热冬冷地区应用广泛,但实际效果并不好,是因为没有考虑其气候适应性问题。百叶遮阳双层皮幕墙各薄层所吸收的辐射能又影响着百叶遮阳双层皮幕墙的热工性能,从而影响着百叶遮阳双层皮幕墙建筑的能耗模拟和系统优化,所以有必要研究百叶遮阳双层皮幕墙的光学模型。另外,国内外关于百叶遮阳双层皮幕墙光学性能的实验研究并不多见,不能为理论光学模型提供验证依据。因此,本文针对百叶遮阳双层皮幕墙光学性能展开理论和实验研究,判断主流的百叶遮阳双层皮幕墙光学模型的准确性,为从事相关研究的人员提供参考。首先,结合净辐射法和光线反射原理建立百叶非理想散射体时百叶光学模型,并实验验证所建立的百叶光学模型。探讨不同入射角、百叶倾角、百叶材质和百叶尺寸下百叶光学性能参数的变化情况。其次,介绍主要的计算透过体系光学性能的方法——射线追踪法和界面能量平衡法。探讨了二种数学模型计算不含遮阳装置的透过体系光学性能的准确性。然后,分别结合所建立的百叶光学模型和射线追踪法、界面能量平衡法建立百叶遮阳双层皮幕墙的光学模型,此二种模型均可计算出百叶遮阳双层皮幕墙的反射率、透过率、吸收率。最后,介绍了在夏热冬冷地区实际气候条件下所搭建的通风式双层皮幕墙实验平台和实验方案等相关内容。用室内外太阳总辐射及散射辐射的测量装置,实验研究百叶遮阳双层皮幕墙的光学特性参数。并对计算百叶遮阳双层皮幕墙光学特性参数二种主要方法——界面能量平衡法和射线追踪法进行了实验验证与比较,探讨误差来源。结果表明:射线追踪法和界面能量平衡法计算出百叶遮阳双层皮幕墙光学特性参数与实验结果存在较大误差,但射线追踪法更接近实验结果,在实际应用中需多加考量。
[Abstract]:The shutter sunshade double skin curtain wall is widely used in hot summer and cold winter area, but the actual effect is not good because it does not consider its climate adaptability. The radiation energy absorbed by each thin layer of the shutter sunshade double skin curtain wall affects the thermal performance of the shutter double skin curtain wall, thus affecting the energy consumption simulation and system optimization of the shutter double skin curtain wall building. Therefore, it is necessary to study the optical model of the shutter double-layer curtain wall. In addition, there are few experimental studies on the optical properties of the double-layer curtain wall in China and abroad, which can not provide a basis for the verification of the theoretical optical model. Therefore, the theoretical and experimental research on the optical properties of the shutter double-layer curtain wall is carried out in this paper, and the accuracy of the main optical model of the shutter double-layer curtain wall is judged, which provides a reference for the related researchers. First of all, the optical model of a hundred leaf nonideal scatterers is established by combining the net radiation method and the principle of light reflection, and the experimental results show that the optical model is established. The changes of the optical properties of the blinds with different incident angles, leaf inclination angles, shutter materials and shutter sizes were investigated. Secondly, ray tracing method and interface energy balance method are introduced to calculate the optical properties of the transmission system. The accuracy of two mathematical models for calculating the optical properties of the transmission system without shading is discussed. Then, the optical model of the shutter double-layer curtain wall is established by combining the established optical model with the ray tracing method and the energy balance method of the interface. These two models can calculate the reflectivity and transmittance of the shutter double-layer curtain wall. Absorptivity. Finally, the experimental platform and scheme of ventilation double skin curtain wall in hot summer and cold winter area are introduced. In this paper, the optical characteristic parameters of the double-layer sunshade curtain wall are experimentally studied by means of the measurement device of total solar radiation and scattering radiation in and out of the room. The experimental verification and comparison of the two main methods for calculating the optical characteristic parameters of the double-layer sunshade curtain wall, I. e., the energy balance method at the interface and the ray tracing method, are carried out, and the error sources are discussed. The results show that there is a large error between the experimental results and the parameters of optical properties calculated by the ray tracing method and the interface energy balance method, but the ray tracing method is closer to the experimental results and needs more consideration in practical application.
