北京地区轻钢装配式农宅户型标准化与多样化研究

【摘要】:在社会主义新农村背景下,农民生活生产方式的巨大转变导致农民居住需求发生变化,且新农村住宅的建设需求量大,建设要求高质量、低造价、短工期。轻钢装配式住宅作为一种低层建筑结构,有建造快、抗震性能好、节能环保、居住性能好、户型布局灵活等优势,十分适用于农村地区。轻钢装配式农宅在农村推广的前提是户型标准化。户型的标准化可满足大部分农村家庭的居住需求,且决定了农宅构配件的种类和尺寸,有助于构配件的去繁从简,利于农宅工业化生产和装配式施工。本文针对我国轻钢装配式农宅缺乏户型标准化的研究而提出,以北京地区为例,研究户型标准化设计对策并在此基础上提出户型多样化对策,具体分为五个章节。第一章介绍了我国农村地区发展轻钢结构住宅的社会和经济背景,从中可以看出轻钢结构住宅具备良好的发展的条件和必要性。阐明了相关概念,分析了农宅户型标准化和多样化的辩证关系。同时发现了目前轻钢结构住宅在农村地区发展瓶颈,希望通过研究为其在北京地区的推广应用提供技术支持,填补其在建筑设计方面研究的不足,为规范标准的编制提供依据。第二章是相关理论的学习和研究。对国内外轻钢结构住宅的相关研究和实践进行梳理,并归纳了住宅标准化设计的六种组合方式。第三章中通过实地调研和资料收集,分析了北京地区农宅总体布局现状和特点;对农宅内每种功能空间分别进行使用现状和使用需求的分析,并提出适宜尺寸建议;最后总结未来农宅户型的发展趋势及户型的多样化需求。第四章为北京地区轻钢装配式农宅户型标准化对策研究。根据功能空间对农宅进行模块化分解得到八个单元模块,依据上一章节中功能空间尺寸建议的基础上,对每个单元模块适配尺寸,最终确定八种可以满足不同功能的标准单元,并予以布置。第五章为北京地区轻钢装配式农宅户型多样化对策研究。以标准单元的组合、置换、增减等方式,对家庭结构不同、生产生活方式不同的农宅进行多样化设计;并对农宅全生命周期的可变性需求提出解决策略。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the new socialist countryside, the great change of the peasants' living mode of production leads to the change of the peasants' living demand, and the construction demand of the new rural housing is large, the construction requires high quality, low cost and short construction period. As a kind of low-rise building structure, Light-steel prefabricated residence has the advantages of fast construction, good seismic performance, energy saving and environmental protection, good residential performance, flexible household layout and so on, which is very suitable for rural areas. Light steel prefabricated agricultural house in the rural extension of the premise is the household-type standardization. The standardization of household type can meet the living needs of most rural families, and determines the types and dimensions of agricultural house construction accessories, which is helpful to simplify the construction accessories and to facilitate the industrialized production and prefabricated construction of agricultural houses. In this paper, the author puts forward the research on the lack of household type standardization of light steel fabricated agricultural houses in China. Taking Beijing area as an example, this paper studies the countermeasures of household type standardization design and puts forward the countermeasures of household type diversification on this basis, which is divided into five chapters. The first chapter introduces the social and economic background of the development of light steel structure housing in rural areas of China, from which we can see that the light steel structure housing has good conditions and necessity of development. This paper clarifies the related concepts, and analyzes the dialectical relationship between the standardization and diversification of the household type. At the same time, the bottleneck of the development of light steel structure residence in rural areas is found. It is hoped that the research will provide technical support for its popularization and application in Beijing area, fill the deficiency of its research in architectural design, and provide the basis for the compilation of standard. The second chapter is the study and research of relevant theories. The related research and practice of light steel structure house at home and abroad are combed, and six kinds of combination ways of house standardization design are summarized. In the third chapter, through field investigation and data collection, the paper analyzes the present situation and characteristics of the overall layout of agricultural houses in Beijing, analyzes the current situation of use and the needs of each functional space in agricultural houses, and puts forward some suggestions on the appropriate dimensions. At last, it summarizes the development trend and the diversified demand of the family type in the future. The fourth chapter is Beijing area light steel assemblage agriculture house type standardization countermeasure research. According to the function space to decompose the agriculture house modularized to obtain eight unit modules, according to the function space size suggestion in the previous chapter, to each unit module adapts the size, finally determines eight kinds of standard units which can satisfy the different function. And arrange it. The fifth chapter is Beijing area light steel assemblage type agriculture house type diversification countermeasure research. With the combination of standard unit, replacement, increment and subtraction, the paper designs the farm house with different family structure and different production and life style, and puts forward the solution to the need for the variability of the whole life cycle of the farm house.
